전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hotel Felix River North/Magnificent Mile

두시에 좀 일찍 체크인 했는데 아주 친절하게 가능한 방을 알아봐주고 도와주었다. 하지만 방의 청소상태는 그닥 좋지 않았고 배게 이불 등 머리카락과 얼룩이 있는 상태였다. 체크아웃시에도 바우처 발행이 안된다고 할 뿐 도움주지 않았다. 하지만 금액대비 위치는 좋다

Great location. Very small rooms

I enjoyed the location, but not the parking situation.

This hotel is very close to everything downtown. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Great view of the city!

My main problem with this hotell was the cleanliness. I looked over and saw hairs on our pillow cases and a vape pen next to the bed on the floor. I had 3 teenage girls with me so this wasn’t acceptable.

Within 5 minutes of being in the room. I stepped on a piece of glass leftover and cut my toe. There was also nail clippings on the floor of the room. It was clearly not cleaned properly

Cozy get away

Room was overall clean. Towels had some stains and parking were he only issues with this hotel. Enjoyed the area it was in and the walking shops and restaurants. Would book again.

El hotel está céntrico pero al llegar por la mañana antes del check in nos cobraron por guardarnos las maletas y en otras ocasiones en otros hoteles jamás nos cobraron. En toda la estancia de 5 días nunca nos hicieron limpieza de cuarto. En esa calle hay otras opciones de hoteles con mejor servicio.

Room was not ready. At 3:45 and It was very small with no Coffee maker in room. I was under the impression there was complementary breakfast but it wasn't. The coffee was good but nothing to stir your coffee.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. While no parking at this location, there is a parking garage on the next block that you can reserve in advance.

Everything was acceptable with my stay

Loved it. Super nice. Super clean. Friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that they didn't have a refrigerator or Microwave in the rooms. Also didn't have parking. We had to Pay for valet parking each night so keep that in mind when booking. Wonderful place to stay still.

Great hotel with a very friendly and helpful front desk staff. They took GREAT care of us. Will go back every time I'm in Chicago now.

Front desk surprised me with a note & a bottle of wine for my birthday, as well as an early check in. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Only pit to this stay was that we were in an adjoining room so we felt like we had to be extra quiet. I should’ve looked into that before booking.

Hotel Felix is super cute in a neighborhood that’s close to just about everything. Rooms are pretty small, but beds are comfy and it’s clean.
