Very spacious room with the lake view. Beautiful surroundings opposite the bay and lake, nice garden and restaurants, tasty food. Breakfast with the view. We really enjoyed!

Everything was fabulous. Only prob was room beside the lift. And also children running up and down hall until all hours

Beautiful hotel. Loved it.

No air conditioning in breakfast room or bar. Had dinner in bar which was disappointing.

Friendly staff in all departments. Lakeside environment is lovely. Guests well behaved. Two EV chargers at rear of hotel. Happy to stay again .

元々ツインベッドの部屋を予約していたところ、チェックイン時ダブルベッドの部屋となっていましたが、快くツインベッドの部屋に変更をしてくださいました。日本に来たことがあるスタッフの方だそうで、とても温かい対応をしてくださったことに感謝しております。朝食も品数が大変多く、サーモンがとても美味しかったです！

Nice hotel close to Athlone, with the lovely scenic view of Lough Ree. The room was good, doors looked a little dated but nothing wrong with them. There are newer rooms are the far end of the building so they may be slowly upgrading them. Pool was nice and wasn't busy. The jacuzzi could have been warmer, it was the same temperature as the pool. The food for dinner was nice but portions were quite small. We heard the table next to us ask the waitress "It that it?!" The fish & meat portions are too small for the money you are paying. You usually either need a starter or dessert, so maybe that's what they want you to do! Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and it was a served buffet so you could get what you wanted. Overall, a lovely hotel and would stay again.

Lovely location, large rooms, good breakfast and great leisure facilities. Only minor downside was that there was little hot water in our room.

Brilliant hotel only had 1 night but next time we come will definitely have more

Lovely hotel

Lovely rooms and location with lots of space for quiet chats in the common areas. The staff at the pool area were very welcoming!

Staff were exceptional. Hotel has a lovely relaxed feeling about it.

Beautiful hotel, stayed 5 or 6 times in past 7-8 yrs. Always very good. We did have an unfortunate incident with a bar meal the first night which I have notified the hotel directly about. I will say it was nothing to do with the service or bar staff They were great. The room we had was on the 5th floor. Very spacious with lovely bathroom and jacuzzi. The view from the wrap around, floor to ceiling, corner windows was fantastic. Total peace and quiet - which is about the important feature to us. Parking is always busy but never a problem. Breakfast can be very busy at peak times. Again the service is excellent. Generally the cooked breakfast is lovely. The exception being the scrambled eggs which did not taste or feel authentic I would still stay any time and recommend this hotel to others.

Accommodations were lavish and spacious. The hotel made sure every detail was taken care of! Lovely property right on the water with beautiful views!
