리스본 시내의 중심에 위치하고 있어, 교통편이 최고 였고, 호텔 직원도 친절하여 좋았습니다.

여기는 그냥 가지마세요. 4성급 호텔이 어떻게 이런 상태인지 싶어요. 일단 호텔스에서 홍보하는 골드회원혜택 준다는거 직원들이 전혀 모르는 상태이고, 이상한 사람 만들더라고요. 음료 2인서비스 안받아도 그만이지만 호텔스랑 소통이 안되는건지 뭔지 이유라도 알고 싶어 물어도 어떤 직원도 몰랐어요. 인종 차별 느낌도 받았고요. 그리고, 오전11시만 지나도 청소하시는분이 문을계속 두드려요 나가라는식으로.. 심지어 한번은 아침부터 계속 똑똑이면 청소하려 하길래 일찍나가버렸는데 오후에 와보니 청소가 안됨. 몸이 아퍼서 누워있었는데 오후 5시에 청소하러 갑자기 들어와서 놀랬네요; 기본 매너가 없어요 방은 젤 구석 창문에 빛도 안들고 통풍도 안되는방 줬고요. 리스본에서 3박동안 몸까지 아프게 되서 세비야로 급하게 넘어 왔네요. 이호텔 반성하세요. 호텔스도 분명하게 골드회원 혜택에 대한 공지를 했는지도 궁금합니다.

Great staff. Great location

The hotel is located in a beautifultiful part of town! The rooms are small, but the bed is comfortable. The room has very little storage.

Nice location. In a very touristy area, but the hotel is quiet, and no noise is coming inside. The room was very clean and had a small balcony. It was nice to be able to open the window and let the air come inside. Shower pressure was good. Room size was decent for European standards. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

Everything was very good. Only complain the air conditioning was not working

I stayed at the Vincci Baixa for 5 days and it was a great experience. I arrived ahead of check in and the front desk offered me the opportunity to freshen up from my travel, then did bag check for me until it was ready. They front desk staff also made recommendations on dining options within walking distance of the hotel - they were always helpful and friendly day in and out. My room was clean and lovely, with views of the city’s cute rooftops off the avenue behind the hotel, and Castelo de São Jorge in the distance. Gorgeous! Arranging airport transfer for my arrival and departure was also very easy. Vincci Baixa is in a superb location with excellent walk ability. It’s on the lower part of the center city, with “Baixa” quite literally meaning “low” in Portuguese so the walks in the area are mostly flat or take you gently uphill. Venturing over to Chiado or Bairro Alto are higher climbs - bring good walking shoes or take public transit, it’s easy and proximate to the hotel. There’s also a bar/restaurant on site which was great for snacking or grabbing a cocktail when I didn’t want to venture too far. And the breakfast option was more than sufficient with a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, juices, coffee, pastries (yummy pastéis de nata), scrambled egg, bacon, sausage, etc. And while it wasn’t available in my room, the front desk provided me with an iron and ironing board upon request. I really believe I hit the jackpot when I booked this stay!

Lovely hotel, staff were excellent and very helpful. Bedroom was a bit dated though, several things in the bathroom were broken such as towel hooks, tissue box kept falling off the wall and the shower was a bit rubbish. Everything else was great though.

I stayed for 3 nights in a room with a balcony, which I asked for at the front desk and the front desk person was happy to put me there. It was near the elevator, but you cant hear it at all. The room was great, the hotel is inan awesome location. I was able to go out for a few hours and come back and rest, and go back to exploring again. I would recommend it.

Room was very clean and breakfast was great. Services to the room were great most of the time. Not room service was available during early hours of the morning but if you needed anything go to front desk and they will provide you what you need.

The hotel was in the historical area, only a couple of blocks from the ocean and commercial plaza. It was walking distance from so many restaurants and shops! The staff was so very helpful and friendly and the room was cleaned to perfection daily.

Quartos muito confortáveis, limpos e silenciosos. A arrumação diária deixava sempre a acomodação impecável. Ótimo café da manhã e localização.

This property is in a great location. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants, points of interest and waterfront. Housekeeping did an amazing job of servicing the room.

The staff were very accommodating during my stay; letting me check in early and keeping the bar open after closing hour.
