리스본 시내의 중심에 위치하고 있어, 교통편이 최고 였고, 호텔 직원도 친절하여 좋았습니다.

여기는 그냥 가지마세요. 4성급 호텔이 어떻게 이런 상태인지 싶어요. 일단 호텔스에서 홍보하는 골드회원혜택 준다는거 직원들이 전혀 모르는 상태이고, 이상한 사람 만들더라고요. 음료 2인서비스 안받아도 그만이지만 호텔스랑 소통이 안되는건지 뭔지 이유라도 알고 싶어 물어도 어떤 직원도 몰랐어요. 인종 차별 느낌도 받았고요. 그리고, 오전11시만 지나도 청소하시는분이 문을계속 두드려요 나가라는식으로.. 심지어 한번은 아침부터 계속 똑똑이면 청소하려 하길래 일찍나가버렸는데 오후에 와보니 청소가 안됨. 몸이 아퍼서 누워있었는데 오후 5시에 청소하러 갑자기 들어와서 놀랬네요; 기본 매너가 없어요 방은 젤 구석 창문에 빛도 안들고 통풍도 안되는방 줬고요. 리스본에서 3박동안 몸까지 아프게 되서 세비야로 급하게 넘어 왔네요. 이호텔 반성하세요. 호텔스도 분명하게 골드회원 혜택에 대한 공지를 했는지도 궁금합니다.

The staff was excellent, very professional, and had great recommendations. Stayed for 3 nights and had breakfast there (which was worth the price, 13 Euros). Also, a very good recommendation for a Tuk Tuk with Pedro - again, an amazing experience and worth the price. Will stay here next time we are in town.

Fantastic hotel in a perfect Lisbon location—easy to walk everywhere and very comfortable. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and attentive, and the room was perfectly cleaned every day. The highlight was an unexpected birthday surprise: champagne and chocolate waiting in my room. I never mentioned my birthday—they noticed it from my passport, which was incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommended. I would absolutely stay here again!

Vincci Baixa is a hotel in very good condition and the staff is friendly. Everything was perfect except the fact that you are not allowed in the room while cleaning staff is working.

Nice place, close to tourist places including restaurants. Cleaned room, fantastic breakfast, I enjoyed my stay here for 2 weeks. I was here for work. I loved it. Will definitely go back and recommend to anyone friends and family.

Room was always cleaned and tidy. The Hotel wash located in a very safe area of Baixa with lot's of great restaurants close by. Great front desk service.

Ubicación inmejorable. En pleno centro, fuimos andando a todos los sitios, y está rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes. Al lado de la Praça de Comercio donde se puede coger el tranvía a Belem. El servicio excelente y los desayunos muy buenos. Todo el personal del hotel fue muy amable. Comimos en el restaurante a mediodía uno de los días y la comida estaba buenísima, por un buen precio (el arroz con pulpo muy recomendable!). Definitivamente recomiendo este hotel para visitar Lisboa.
