Con quello che abbiamo speso: il parcheggio non era disponibile e quello più vicino era nel centro commerciale a 250 metri. No comment. La camera aveva il letto fatto ma non era stata pulita ed era sporca: capelli e peli nel lavandino wc doccia bidè e sul letto e sulle salviette . Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera, non si poteva . E’ venuta la signora dopo tre solleciti alla reception . Erano le 22 di sera! No comment Non ci eravamo ancora cambiati né fatto la doccia ( per forza) Il personale non c’entra , anzi sono tutti bravissimi ma non portavano fare niente Un consiglio : c’è di molto meglio e senza questi problemi . Hotels.com quando faccio la selezione “ con parcheggio” deve segnalare “ secondo disponibilità” perché non è possibile avere il parcheggio a 250 metri ( nel centro commerciale ) . Noi avevamo la sacca mazze da spostare ogni volta , immaginate quando piove..

I’m quite disappointed with the room service during my stay. I called twice to request an extra quilt or bedsheet from the room service team and once at reception, but despite staying for five nights, no one ever provided it. Additionally, it was very disappointing to find that the indoor pool is not available for children and the outdoor pool isn’t suitable for kids either. This makes the hotel not very family-friendly, which isn’t clearly stated on website. I would strongly recommend making this information clearer for families planning to stay.

Preis/Leistung war gut. Ruhiges Zimmer (innerhalb des Hotels, d.h. gute Lärmisolierung zu Hotelgang, obwohl unser Zimmer genau an der Seite der Lifte war.) Pool nicht überfüllt, stets saubere Badetücher verfügbar. Einschränkung: Parkplatz für Mietauto ca. 15 Minuten entfernt beim Hafen jederzeit verfügbar. Ums Hotel herum war keine Chance, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Viele Restaurants verfügbar in kurzer Gehdistanz.
