그르노블역앞있고 경치가 좋습니다. 와이파이가 좀 느려서 아쉽습니다.

창문을 통해 보이는 풍광이 완전 대박. 알프스끝자락이 보이는 그 모습이 대박... 방도 아주아주 넓고 깨끗했습니다.

친철한 서비스 및 깨끗한 시설이 추천할 수 있는 숙소였습니다. 또한, 접근성이 상당히 좋았던 것 같습니다.

괜찮음. 호텔스 닷컴에서 예약한 금액과 호텔의 INVOICE 금액이 서로 상이함.

출장때문에 일주일동안 숙박했어요. 그르노블 역 근처에 있어서 접근도 편하고 건물이 약간 오래되서 처음 들어갈 때는 걱정이었는데 방이 생각보다 넓고 깨끗했습니다! 지역 특성 상 식당들이 늦게 열거나 일찍 닫는데, 방마다 커피포트, 냉장고, 전자레인지, 인덕션 등이 있어서 간편한 요리같은거 해먹거나 인스턴트 데워믹기도 좋아요. 유럽 호텔에서 조식은 그게 그거라고 생각해서 이용하진 않았었구요, 아쉬운 점이 있다면 호텔스닷컴에서 결재했던 금액과 호텔에서 끊어주는 invoice의 금액차이가 매우 컸다는 것? 방문한 주에만 그랬던 건지 계속 그런건지는 모르겠지만...아무튼 그것만 빼면 호텔 자체는 만족했습니다!

역에서 아주 가까워서 편리했슴

역에서 굉장히 가깝다. 하루 거쳐가는 곳이어서 싼 가격에 별 부담없이 예약했다. 가격대비 매우 훌륭하다!! 깔끔하고 좋은 고급 호텔은 아니지만 가격을 생각하면 매우 좋다.

Je suis arrivé à 9:40 et accueilli par 2 personnes, l'un très aimable mais l'autre me dit d'un ton direct (presque agressif) que le check-in est à 14:00. Je n'ai rien demandé si ma chambre était disponible. Je pensais bien que non au vu de l'heure de mon arrivée. Ensuite, je demande pour l'air conditionné et le réceptionniste de l'après-midi me dit sur un air moqueur que tout est centralisé et que l'hôtel l'activera seulement à partir du mois de juin. Lors de mon départ, pas eu le temps de demander ma facture que le réceptionniste m'a pris ma clé et crier que tout est ok pour lui et à continuer avec ces occupations. Mais de qui se moque-t-on ? La qualité de service a vraiment diminué en une année. Malheureusement j'ai déjà réservé pour la semaine prochaine. J'espère que mon expérience sera meilleure.

Petit dejeuner excellent, produirs varies et frais, la personne qui gere est tres agreable. Le personnel de l'accueil est tres disponible et sympathique. L'hotel est parfaitement bien situé

Staff were polite and room clean

Very well located just in front of Grenoble train station. Clean, spacious and luminous room, with a very comfy bed and open modern shower.Perfect for exploring the city and travelling around the region. Would stay again!

Location is the key feature here, literally just across the street from train station and considering that the city is small, walkable to most attractions. The rest, not so positive. Positive: - Location is the best feature, truly convenient if you arrive late by train. - Room was set up like a flat, ours had a separate living/kitchen room - with a sofa bed - and a really small bedroom - but the bed was comfortable. Have to mention that the layout was a bit odd. - even though is across the street form train station, it was very silent in the morning. - Bathroom was ok. Shower separate from toilet and good water pressure. - Breakfast was ok, considering the 15 euro price. There were decent options to choose from and convenient, although the breakfast area is on the basement, a bit claustrofobic. Negative: - The building was converted to a flat, but clearly did not work out very great. Room layout was odd, with no window in the bathroom and therefore you could see a bit of mold in the shower ceiling. Rooms were also dark. We did not use the little kitchen, so cannot comment on the utensils. No power outlets in the bed side tables. - Corridors were very narrow and elevator was very small. Everything felt very closed in, dated and did not feel good. - There is a small set of stairs when entering the hotel, so be mindful of that when carrying luggage, strollers or if you have mobility issues - We arrived around 9pm and the staff were talking to each other about random things wh

Hôtel superbe, de l’accueil aux personnes des chambres en passant par les jardiniers, le service est admirable. La gentillesse prime dans cet établissement. Nous reviendrons avec certitude
