Great customer service! Staff went above and beyond!

Very nice room, great staff

After a long trip, it was great to be welcomed in such a warm and courteous manner. All the staff was super friendly, going out of their way to greet us and interact. If we're ever back this way, this will be our first choice for acommodations.

Easy access

We came to Sudbury for a celebration of life for my best friend. It was a wonderful time to honour her and love her loss. Great hotel and staff was excellent. Had a morning breakfast before we left. Nice time and food. Thank you for your kindness.

Good location

Had an overnight stay was quiet, enjoyed the pool and wings at shoeless joes

I did not receive my bill for the two night stay I need it for work

Very clean. Nice breakfast, including fruit. Breakfast room staff were very good at keeping the area clean and the food topped up. Nice big TV in breakfast area set to NHL playoffs highlights was great. Convenient parking, and walking distance to two restaurants. The heater in the room seemed a little off, as we set it for 21C but the room was still cold. We would stay there again.

The room was larger than expected, very comfortable. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel was ckean and well maintained. Breakfast left alot to be desired, dishes and coffee were never hot. We were unable to eat it and ended going out for breakfast.

We had fun with the amenities and location is accesible to our commitments.

Property was in close proximity to the hospital for our needs Beds could use updating - mattress too soft bed too creaky Bathtub drain needs unclogging Paint needs updating - get rid of ugly yellow

Hotel was clean and well kept overall. Had some ants in the breakfast kitchen area near where people had spilt maple syrup at the waffle bar but not a deal breaker for me.

Keenan was great when we checked in. He got us into our room even though we were a bit early. He was pleasant and friendly. Our room was very clean and the staff were friendly.
