The b&b is convenient and located not to far from gynn square tram station Their is a coop around th corner and a few burger and pizza places The hotel was clean and welcoming quiet

Bed very comfortable .interneet access very good .bus and tram within walking distances .local shops and takeaways close by .hosts cant fault helpful easy yo approach

B&B clean, friendly host. TV not working so he upgraded me to a double. En suite clean and nice. Comfy clean bed. Even little cooler in room. Very enjoyable stay. Many thanks

The Golden Sands Hotel was a great wee stay. It was clean and in a safe enough area. Its location was just beside the Grand hotel which is a good landmark for getting off the tram. Jim the host was very nice and friendly, and went out his way to research food options for a gallstone diet. We would stay again.

The staff very helpful! Comfy bed & pillows. Very good breakfast & served at the requested times.

Great experience,the lady owner are amazing person and we have eaten the best english breakfast possible everything freshly coked specially for you. The rooms are very clean and If I could give 10* i wuld. The lady does all the job herself and its amazing. Definitely will come back but next time with our dog :)

Stayed here with our German Shepherd dog, stayed in room 2, pleasant spacious room, Little things that matter and made our stay very pleasant like loads of plugs for charging gadgets, quite a few door hooks for hanging jackets aswell as loads of hangers, huge dressing table and mirror for hair n make up, Easy checkin, couldn’t park in front of hotel but after parking in front for check in we had plenty of free spaces on the side roads, The owner was very lovely made us feel very welcome and explained everything we needed to know also our dog had lovely cuddles off her, We will definitely stay here again as the location is ideal for a lovely quiet walk for the dog and to the tower,

Arrived at this property the lady was very unwelcoming seemed to have her back up straight away. We stayed the first night, my friend had let our friend stay as they could not get into their b&b & were highly stressed & unconsolable at the time. They left early morning. We went for breakfast & the lady in front of everyone having their breakfast rudely asked for the keys & told us to get out. Disgusting behaviour, she was not willing to talk about the situation & told us to get out, she came up to the room whilst we were packing shouting & screaming at us to get out & was ringing the police. There was no need for this at all luckily we managed to get somewhere but we have not been refunded for the 2nd night stay we were due to have. This lady had no people skills I do not know how she runs a b&b. We tried to tell her she was a young girl walking the streets her reply was I don't care! I definitely would not recommend this place & will not return.

Amazing hotel and good staff very good breakfast and good value for money and dog friendly Clyde loved it there definitely will go there again thank you guy's xx

Home from home. Very nice comfortable stay. Close to all local amenities,bus/tram stops within walking distance. Great value for money, great hostess, great breakfast, Couldn’t recommend this little gem enough.Will definitely be visiting again!

I have stayed in many small/medium sized B&B's in Blackpool and nearby locations. This is possibly the best. Perfect for my requirements.

Hotel ok not suitable for disabled as no lift we were put on first floor had two flights of stairs which we found difficult. Parking none existent as had to search streets around for anywhere to park.

Another amazing stay at the golden sands. Fab accommodation with a lovely home cooked breakfast. Couldn’t ask for any more

A friendly welcome. Clean comfortable room with a fridge (nice touch). Breakfast times were limited, which was a bit restrictive but maybe that was just us. Parking is on street and of three nights we only got to park on the street once, the other two were on nearby streets. Good location with a great pub at end of road that did really good food at great prices. Tram stop within a 5 minute walk. Good cooked breakfast.
