브론테 박물관과 가까워서 좋아요 식사도 훌륭해요 그러나 너무 추웠어요

Good location for Brontë world and bus stop etc . Friendly staff Property looks grubby, dirty carpets , dirty furniture , not enough towels for two night stay Dirty cushions on bed Hygiene seemed poor I would say furniture more second hand than vintage/ antique , noise travelling between rooms Wouldn’t stay there again

This is a lovely venue in the heart of Howarth with great access to the local amenities. The accommodation is clean and beautifully presented and the staff and attentive and helpful. Our stay included breakfast which was excellent. Parking is a problem overnight but this is the only issue and did not spoil what was an excellent stay overall.

Booked at the last minute due to work commitments, attempted to call property but no answer. On arrival, the main door was open, there were numbers to contact. I tried them and finally got through to someone who told me to knock on the owners door - I didn’t have a clue. Luckily a passer by helped. Another family were in the same position, were unable to check in as no one present. Checked in, and was given a key and no instructions re checkout. Upon entering the room, it looked nice. However, I noticed that there was food pieces on the floor by the bed, biscoff wrappers that had been left behind. The bed itself had small little insects on - probably due to the window being open on arrival and said food. The room was OK - however the floorboards were extremely creaky. The bathroom door lock was hanging off which was shame. The bathroom was lovely! There was a sheet provided with numbers on to contact - however, after my experience checking in I didn’t feel comfortable ringing them. Check out is 10:30 and was easy. I was asked why I didn’t come down for breakfast - however on the sheet in the room it said that breakfast needed to be reserved… despite this. The hotel is in a good location, on street parking is available.

Booked for two nights b & b. No one around initially at our arrival but very quickly let in by someone and our room key with instructions for finding our room were provided Room on 2nd floor and was beautiful. Big en suite, everything you could need. Comfortable bed, generous drink making facilities in room. Couldn’t connect to wifi on 2nd floor. Could as we went lower down in the building. En suite toilet was saniflo system so quite loud briefly when flushed. Breakfast fabulous quality, dining room beautiful in keeping with age of building and dining room was transformed on the night to the Slow kitchen bistro which we ate at one night and was excellent.

This is my second stay in this beautiful accommodation. The room was perfect, the breakfast excellent, the location so handy, and the car park close by. Don't miss an opportunity to stay here!

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is located at the bottom of the high street so shops are within easy walking distance, as is the Brontë museum. There is also parking available at the pub opposite for a small fee which was very handy. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We hope to return again soon.

On the second night of my stay the temperature in my room was unacceptably low by 8.30-9pm.The radiators in the room and bathroom were cold. The thermostatic valves were fully on. The landing and stairwell outside my room and the bar/restaurant area downstairs were all pleasantly warm. Seeking some help, I rang the bell in reception 4 times in the space of 10 minutes. Nobody appeared and it became apparent that there were no staff present in the building. In desperation, I rang the front door video doorbell and "Leanne" answered saying that she was not at the house and would come back. By the time I had climbed back to my room, effectively on the 3rd floor under the roof, there was a text message on my phone saying that she was 25 minutes away "at a family occasion....there is a heater at the top of the staircase behind the bannister - failing that I can ask my neighbour to come round...." I eventually found the heater. It had 2 broken feet and could not have stood up on its own. I put the feet back underneath the heater and switched it on. I texted back that the room was beginning to heat up. I turned the heater off when I went to bed. Ironically, the next morning the radiators slowly began to warm up although the room was still chilly requiring the extra heater to be turned on again. Also the matress on the bed was very saggy and uncomfortable. Despite emailing them 3 days ago I have had neither acknowledgment of my email, explanation of the issue nor an apology.

Disappointing. Room we booked changed last minute due to plumbing issues. Heating didn't work in our new room. Cold.

Character property , cozy and clean . Comfortable bed in the Secret Garden room. Great breakfast and welcoming friendly staff.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location at the bottom of main street, breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Would definately stay here again.

Arrived at 14:15 on a Sunday, The Hotel was closed, we had received no information by phone or E-mail. after several phone calls a lady who was on leave called me back to give me the pass code to enter the building and there was a key on the desk to let ourselves in, she said they were short staffed, more like non staffed!. On entering the room it wasn't the one that we were sent a picture of when booking, it looked outdated , the carpet was grubby, the tiles in the shower had mould over the grouting. We went into the dining area and all the breakfast items were left out and uncovered. We left the premises to eat and ended up driving 4 miles away as everywhere local was booked up. We went back to the Hotel around 4:30 and there were still no staff in sight, bar was closed. we decided to go home so collected our belongings and left. really disappointed as the hotel looked lovely on the pictures. Poor communication, outdated room and no staff to be seen, would not recommend!

What an amazing boutique hotel. Fabulous location at the bottom of a wonderful cobbled hill. Lovely room with comfortable bed. Perfect location. Great cooked breakfast - very tasty. Lovely lady called Janet was the welcoming waitress. We had a great chat. Couldn’t fault the place at all. We’ll return!

The place was really lovely, and had nice breakfast. Our bed was really worn out, so we didn’t sleep that well and we had some problems with the heating as well. Everthing else was really nice

Excellent location on the picturesque high street in Haworth. I had a large, lovely bedroom looking out into the countryside. I enjoyed the breakfast too.
