We always like Staybridge. Its like a home away from home. In Rochester, its close to all.

he room we stayed in (413) was very clean. I always do a wipe-down when I arrive, and I was impressed that there was no dust or dirt so this was a big plus for me. The view from the room wasn’t great, as it overlooked the parking lot and neighborhood homes, but that wasn’t a deal breaker. Bed was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk, though I didn’t enjoy it as much as I have at other places, my husband, however, had no complaints. The food area felt a bit cramped, but there were plenty of nice seating options available. The immediate area near the water is pleasant, but I wouldn’t recommend walking too far in other directions at night. There’s a convenience store right across the street that’s well-stocked and appears to be open 24 hours. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Overall, I would stay here again.

Good breakfast, nice rooms. One receptionist needs training. At check-in, she even yelled when she did not understand my question!

This hotel is unsafe and next to ghetto!!

My kids said the breakfast wasn't very good. The cook was openly grumpy. Bad day I guess.

I loved the place, the employees were very friendly, very attentive if we needed anything, a super safe, quiet place, in super good conditions, the breakfast was delicious, it has a spectacular terrace with a divine view, and everything was very clean and in order, I loved this place, I give it a 10/10, super grateful for everything, I would come back again without hesitation🥰☺️

Beautiful area for walking along Genesee Gateway park with our dog
