The room was smelled as smoking. Obviously the information said that it was non-smoking place. I really disappointed but the location and the other things are fine

시테까지 걸어서 10분 정도에 위치해서 무료주차 후 관광하기 편합니다 체크인 시간은 오후4신데 전에 도착하시면 리셉션이 닫혀있어 기다려야합니다 체크아웃은 10신데 9시 조금 넘으니 청소하시는분이 방문 노크해서 조금 놀랐습니다 방은 전반적으로 평범하나 주방을 사용할수 있어서 좋았습니다 수영장도 있다고하네요

8시까지만 리셉션을 운영한다고 했는데 교통 체증으로 8시를 넘겨서 도착했습니다. 입구의 문이 굳게 닫혀 있어서 어떻게 해야 하나 걱정했는데 8시 이후에 도착하는 경우에 들어갈 수 있는 방법을 메일로 미리 보내놓았더군요. 즉 늦게 도착해도 상관없습니다. 걸어서나 차로 들어갈 때 보안코드를 눌러야 철문이 열립니다. 보안은 확실하구요. 주방(+식탁), 거실, 침실, 욕실, 화장실, 발코니(+테이블)로 구성된 (호텔이 아니라) 콘도입니다. 체크아웃 때 쓰레기도 직접 버려야 하는... 가족 단위로 놀러와서 며칠 숙박하기 좋을듯 합니다. 예를 들어 수건도 4인 분량으로 준비되어 있습니다. 카르카손 성채까지는 걸어서 채 10분이 안걸립니다. 밤 산책을 하기에도 좋고 만약 차가 있다면 체크아웃(10시) 이후에도 세워놓고 걸어서 다녀올 수 있어서 편했습니다.

The host was extraordinarily helpful and friendly! We had an amazing experience and loved the accommodations.

Les vitres n'étaient pas nettoyées et vraiment sales. Appartement RDC avec la baie vitrée qui ne fermait pas. Fermeture seulement avec le volet roulant. Mobilier assez vieillot. Sinon très bien placé à 10 mn à pied de la cité (magnifique !)

It was ok, quiet and clean. But the site was oversold from the pictures. That said it was very cheap. So nothing wrong but just a little odd.

The apartment was great. Pool was fun. Short walk to the historic city. Staff were helpful. Breakfast should be booked the day before which we didn't realise, but they allowed us to have some anyway.

Personnel très sympathique, efficace et à l écoute. Côté piscine, un rafraîchissement serait nécessaire. Buffet de petit déjeuner de qualité. Manque peut être d un peu de choix pour la restauration par la réception. Mais l ensemble est très bien. Très bon emplacement au calme, à proximité de la cité.

Excellent location easy walk to medieval city. Good breakfast pay at hotel. Basic rooms no frills ideal base.

The staff are excellent and always ready to help with any enquiry. The rooms were clean but maybe the pots and pans need updating but we managed with what we had. Parking is excellent also. Have stayed at the Cerise a number of times which proves I am very happy with the hotel

Venlig og informativ modtagelse, god beliggenhed i forhold til borgen, fine parkeringsforhold. Brugte vaskeriet, som fungerede fint. En god oplevelse alt i alt

Appartement spacieux qui mériterait un petit coup de neuf. Absence de lampe de chevet. Peu de vaisselle. Le ménage laisse un peu à désirer. Par contre la résidence est très bien placée.

Idéal en famille. Bien situé.
