The room was smelled as smoking. Obviously the information said that it was non-smoking place. I really disappointed but the location and the other things are fine

시테까지 걸어서 10분 정도에 위치해서 무료주차 후 관광하기 편합니다 체크인 시간은 오후4신데 전에 도착하시면 리셉션이 닫혀있어 기다려야합니다 체크아웃은 10신데 9시 조금 넘으니 청소하시는분이 방문 노크해서 조금 놀랐습니다 방은 전반적으로 평범하나 주방을 사용할수 있어서 좋았습니다 수영장도 있다고하네요

8시까지만 리셉션을 운영한다고 했는데 교통 체증으로 8시를 넘겨서 도착했습니다. 입구의 문이 굳게 닫혀 있어서 어떻게 해야 하나 걱정했는데 8시 이후에 도착하는 경우에 들어갈 수 있는 방법을 메일로 미리 보내놓았더군요. 즉 늦게 도착해도 상관없습니다. 걸어서나 차로 들어갈 때 보안코드를 눌러야 철문이 열립니다. 보안은 확실하구요. 주방(+식탁), 거실, 침실, 욕실, 화장실, 발코니(+테이블)로 구성된 (호텔이 아니라) 콘도입니다. 체크아웃 때 쓰레기도 직접 버려야 하는... 가족 단위로 놀러와서 며칠 숙박하기 좋을듯 합니다. 예를 들어 수건도 4인 분량으로 준비되어 있습니다. 카르카손 성채까지는 걸어서 채 10분이 안걸립니다. 밤 산책을 하기에도 좋고 만약 차가 있다면 체크아웃(10시) 이후에도 세워놓고 걸어서 다녀올 수 있어서 편했습니다.

방도 넓고 주방도 좋습니다. 위치도 너무 좋습니다. 스태프는 좀 불친절합니다

Accueil au top 👌. Personnel très sympa. Le petit dej vaut vraiment le coup. Nous avons profité de la piscine chauffée et même du petit hamam. Je recommande vivement

This property though simple was an excellent value. Rooms were clean. Parking was plentiful. Included breakfast was very good. Easy walk to the fortress. The only downside was the laundry. With only one machine with a very small drum and many long-term residents, I would not count on the machine's availability. If you need to do laundry, there is a very good commercial one about a half-mile from the hotel.

What a find! What the accomodation lacks in modernity, it more than makes up for in size of rooms, cleanliness, the MOST comfortable beds, facilities (including a pool and steam room) and self catering amenities. But what sets this place apart, is the most incredible breakfast - we have never had such choice and quality!!! The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff also deserves a big mention. Would definitely look at returning!

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. L’appartement était très agréable et le buffet du petit déjeuner varié et bien garni. Piscine impeccable. Cependant, il manque des éclairages indirects dans le séjour et la chambre. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas encore de bornes pour les véhicules électriques dans le parking.

Rooms are big, beds are comfortable. Shower wouldn’t be great for anyone with mobility issues. Shower wall did not appear very clean and water went on the floor. Close to the castle and there is a good bakery walking distance. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was alright with eggs, bacon and pastries.

L'hôtel avait été choisi car possédant une piscine intérieure. Toutefois, il s'avère que l'eau n'est pas chauffée. Dès le 1er jour, nous y sommes allés et le fait est qu elle n'est pas à 26 /28 ° comme l'a prétendu l'hôtesse d'accueil au moment du départ. En effet, elle m'a demandé si tout s'était bien passé. Il en ressort que nous y serions sûrement retournés sauf que ce détail est rédhibitoire

La recepcionista un 10, nos trato y facilito todo. La piscina espectacular y el poder aparcar en la puerta. Esta todo muy bien, pero tiene que mejorar el interior de las instalaciones… ya que el armario del pasillo no se podia abrir, la cuna nos la dieron sin colchon y no tiene casi objetos de cocina ni de limpieza

Basic accommodation but clean and great location. Very friendly staff. Great value for your money.
