Clean room nice place to stay

Breakfast was very good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience overall. The rooms are quite outdated, and the furniture—especially the couches—were visibly dirty. In fact, I had to use an extra blanket just to cover the stains so I could sit down comfortably. There were also a number of maintenance issues. The fridge in the room froze everything with no way to adjust the temperature, and both the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty upon arrival. These small details really added up and made the stay feel neglected. Another inconvenience was the breakfast schedule. It ends at 9:00 a.m., even on weekends, which feels unusually early and not very accommodating for guests hoping to relax. On top of that, there was an event at the hotel on Saturday, and it completely took over the parking. As a guest, I had to park about a kilometer away, which was extremely frustrating. That said, I do want to highlight that the staff were consistently kind and welcoming. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful, which made a difference despite the other issues. Also, Just Jack’s food was a standout—definitely one of the better parts of the stay. Overall, while the staff and food were great, the condition of the rooms and lack of basic maintenance made this a stay I wouldn’t rush to repeat.

Clean, lots of amenities near by

breakfast menu gives a good choice of things. Pool area was nice and clean. I was surprised that it was open at 6am.

The power went out , we didn’t have access to anything. No wifi or heat, lights, toilets, and the parking lot was all ice and I slipped down on the ice and hurt myself
