왠만하면 이딴거 안 쓰는데 신혼여행 여기로 갔다가 조지고 와서 글 남깁니다. 사진에 있는거랑 너무 다르고 화딱지 납니다. 내가 내 선택으로 간 것이니 어쩔 수 있겠습니까만은.. 사진에서는 2층이 있는 집으로 되어 있어서 약간 바다는 보이겠거니 싶었는데.. 왠일.. 1층 집.. 하... 게다가 시설은 리모델링했다는데 간판만 했는지.. 내부 시설 정말 심각한.. 내가 진짜 태국 현지에 와있다는게 실감 났습니다. 정말 여기에 4일 있으면서 한국 익스피디아로 전화해서 따지고 싶었는데 귀국하고 정신없이 현실적응 하다보니 이제 정신차리고 후기 남깁니다. 하... ㄹㅇ... 객실 요금이나 전화번호 남기면 게시되지 않는다고 해서 남기지 못하는데 진심 여기 물어보실 분들한테 제 번호 오픈하고 하나하나 다 뜯어말리고 싶네요.. 괜히 콘xx나 사xx나 가는게 아니더군요.. 후...

코사무이, 말그대로 천국입니다! 예약 후, 몇번의 메일이 오고 갔는데도 매니저분 매우 친절하시고, 도착해서 올때까지 모든 직원분들 굉장히 친절하고, 분위기도 좋고, 풀빌라 참 조용하고, 이쁘고 제 스타일입니다. 다시 간다고 해도 꼭! 이곳으로 가고 싶습니다.

Leider wurde die Anlage dem Verfall Preis gegeben. Die Villa, die wir hatten war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Ungeputzte Fenster, zerrissene Vorhänge, Regenduschen nicht mehr nutzbar, da mit Pflanzen zugewachsen, …. Der Hauptpool ausgelassen, der Strand nicht existent und ungepflegt wie die ganze Anlage

Hotel manager and concierge were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for us. Had a little trouble with the air conditioning, but dealt with quickly and efficiently. Complex and the units are ideal, although in the process of being modernised as some areas looking a little tired in places. Nice and each to get cabs to anywhere on the island.

Es war alles top top aber die Villa 12 die wir hatten war nicht in einem perfekten Zustand, man merkte das das Resort in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Personal ist ganz höflich und zuvorkommend und bescherten uns einen schönen Urlaub.

First-timer and satisfied. This place was just what I was looking for. Friendly staff, quiet, and spacious.

The view from our private pool was excellent and all people very friendly.

Leider sind die Villen deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fliesen im Badezimmer sind teilweise heruntergefallen, und einige Fenster waren defekt. Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft renovierungsbedürftig. Zudem gibt es keinen direkten Zugang zum Strand, was in der Beschreibung nicht klar ersichtlich war. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber aufgrund des Zustands der Unterkunft und der fehlenden Strandnähe würde ich sie aktuell nicht weiterempfehlen.

The property is tired but comfortable. It is not suited to small children as there are a few hazards that need attention.

Das Frühstück ist leider nicht wie beschrieben ein „großes Frühstück“. Man kann aus 4 Speisen wählen und der Rest ist selbst zu bezahlen.

o anyone who wants to book Kanda after 2025, please read this first: The pictures show you what you get, but in new condition. Everything is aged now, but it is still worth it. This is the reason why you can book it for a cheaper price; otherwise, you would definitely have to pay more than 500€ per night! We had a nice time there, and the staff is really kind and very helpful. Anyway, here is a list of things that didn't work: Both ACs in the living room / Villa (Not so important), Washing Machine (Not Important), Microwave in the kitchen (Not Important), and Hot Water (Obviously Important). It is Thailand, and you can easily shower with cold water, but from such a hotel and also with the reduced prices, you can expect hot water. My recommendation: call Kanda before reservation and get a written confirmation regarding hot water, and then book. Besides that, you can have a beautiful time there :)

The villa is very big. The staff is nice and kind, always eager to help. But I think this place needs some maintenance or maybe even renovation. During our stay, 2 of our bedroom's toilets were clogged and were never repaired since. The situation got even worse on the last night, the septic tank water reversely flooded onto our yard causing the stinky smell all over our yard and pool. The breakfast is another part that should get a 1 star. We stayed there for 5 straight nights, and every morning the breakfast menu never changed. Imagine you stay at a place where not too many restaurants and shops nearby and your only choice is the same menu same as yesterday and the day before yesterday which is quite pretty frustrating. Considering the price we paid for the 4 bedroom villa and could only get this kind of quality of service, we would try somewhere else next time.

Bad food & breakfast; no beach

Mit unserer Familie wollten wir für eine Woche auf Koh Samui die Zeit geniessen. Wir haben darum eine schöne Unterkunft gesucht, welche zum Verweilen einlädt. Leider wurden wir jedoch bitter enttäuscht! Denn wir hatten für 7 Tage (6 Nächte) keinen Tropfen warmes Wasser. Unser Pool war erst am Tag 6 soweit, dass man darin baden konnte, in allen Zimmern gibt es mittleren bis grossen Renovationsbedarf. Von den Möbeln (Tisch und Stühle) im Aussenbereich der Villa war keine Spur. Das Licht im Aussenbereich funktionierte nicht (also ab 18.15 Uhr konnta man draussen nichts mehr machen, weil man einfach nichts mehr sieht). Im Wohnzimmer funktionierte keine der beiden Klimaanlagen und auch ein Fentilator war ausser Betrieb. Als wir die Waschmaschine in Betrieb nehmen wollten, lief das ganze Wassser in den Wohnraum. Auch der schöne Pool mit Bar der Anlage ist in einem mittelprächtigen Zustand. Die Terrasse im gleichen Bereich weist gröbere Schäden auf und ist schon fast gefährlich. Teilweise konnten die Mängel während unseres Aufenthaltes behoben werden, die groben Dinge wie zum Beispiel das warme Wasser, wurden aber nicht repariert. Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes hatten wir Mechaniker, Hauswärte, etc. bei uns in den Räumen. Wirklich nicht zu empfelen!! Fraglich, wie diese Villsa auf Hotel.com noch angeboten werden können.....

Die Anlage ist herrlich am Hang gelegen und selbst aus den obersten Bungalows sieht man vom Master Bedroom den Sonnenaufgang. Falls man Abwechsung bei den Restaurants sucht, ist es etwas zu abgelegen. Für Selbstkocher aber kein Problem. Allerdings ist die Anlage sehr renovationsbedürftig. Sowohl die Infrastuktur wie auch das Mobiliar brauchen dringend einen Refresh. Leider war auch die Rockbar wegen Renovierung geschlossen. Das Frühstück war sehr bescheiden und für diesen Preis darf man in Thailand mehr erwarten.

Additionally, your warm welcome and thoughtful communication were much appreciated. However, this stay did not meet our expectations, and we feel it’s important to share our experience with you. Here’s a list of concerns we encountered during our stay:     1.    Construction noise: There was construction happening the entire time we stayed here, with workers on the roof and the constant noise of saws and other tools. This made it very difficult to relax by the pool.     2.    Hot water: There is barely any hot water.     3.    Bathtub and sink issues: The bathtub cannot hold water because the stopper doesn’t work. Additionally, one of the faucets in the master bathroom is so loose that it wobbles significantly.     4.    Lighting: The hallway light and the pool light are not functioning.     5.    Television: None of the televisions had service during our stay. Someone came out to try to fix it but said it couldn’t be resolved and that you would need to contact the provider. This explanation didn’t make much sense, and the issue remained unresolved.     6.    Internet: The internet connection was so poor that we couldn’t use it at all during our stay.     7.    Bed comfort: The bed is extremely hard, causing back pain. We requested an extra cushion or topper to make it more comfortable.

Great stay with a pool in a private and serene villa setting. The staff were super helpful and the GM Bruce really looked after us. Thank you

A nice spot on a beautiful island. Large private villa complex, although beware the 3 bedrooms were all in separate buildings so not great if you have small children. Staff very accommodating. Lovely to have our own private pool.

Unaware of hotel upgrade in process. I have stayed here many times in the past pre covid. Hotel under new management & building works. Hotel is tired and in need of major refurbishment or price reduction. Breakfast very basic & new staff not trained properly of what to do. Samui suffered greatly during covid and is slowly getting back on its feet.
