A very nice place to stay. Room was clean, staff was polite, and the breakfast was delicious.

One of the worst stays/ The room obviously went through some type of construction, but was not ready to be utilized. The blinds on the window don’t work. The darkening drape was not wide enough to cover the window. And since I was on a ground floor, I could see outside, which means people could see inside my room. The toilet paper didn’t have a holder, it just sat on the counter. There was still section of the room where the baseboard molding was missing and a lot of paint splatter over the floor. No door on the closet. No table light on the desk. No artwork on walls. There was no hot water in the sink and I later discovered the valve was turned off. So I had to climb under the cabinet to open the hot water valve. There are too many hotels in the area with comparable rates to accept these conditions I felt was a waste of my money.

Roadside hotel with the nicest staff. Linens were so soft and comfy. Breakfast AMAZING.

Great stay, walls are a little thin but the AC covered any neighbor or hallway sounds.

Under renovations

Even with the renovations going on the staff was friendly and the property was clean and well maintained.

ask to have the sheets on a bed changed after a coffee was spilled on them, gone out for the day came back late and found they had not been changed also the hotel was under repair had to go through the construction area to get to the ice machine, shower door would not stay closed and no place to put your soap when in the shower (ie soap dish in the shower) only one person working the dining area that she was so busy she could not keep up needed help bad, very full room, she could not even keep up with making coffee

Awesome bed! Everything else was great too. The fresh cookies were a nice treat. Michelle at Breakfast was a true DELIGHT! ;-) ;-)... lol.

The lobby and rooms were newly renovated, they were still under construction, but that didn't interfere with anything. The complimentary breakfast was nice, had a few options that changed daily. Always coffee and tea available in the lobby area. We stayed 3 nights. They keep everything neat and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Microwave and frig in the room came in handy. I loved the shower doors!! We had someone on the floor that slammed the doors early in the morning, but that was only one morning.....

We stayed for 3 nights and I’d say I have a pretty neutral review. It wasn’t the cleanest, nicest place, but I also had to remind myself that they are still undergoing renovations. My main draws were the pool, fitness center, & price. I was slightly dissatisfied that the pool I water was SO cold - it’s an outdoor pool, which you would imagine the hot FL sun would warm it up, but my kids and I almost couldn’t bear to stay in more than 5-10 mins. The fitness had new equipment and just enough to meet my needs for a quick sweat & lift. We had a suite room and it was nice and comfortable. I read reviews about the hotel smelling like weed- I only noticed this in the elevator once or twice, but I honestly don’t think it was marijuana. Breakfast options were decent and different. The three days we were there. Overall, no issues.

Single night stay, booked 2 rooms which were clean, comfortable, and updated. Front desk staff was very helpful in assisting with a minor tv issue in our room. Overall, a pleasant experience. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds/bedding, clean, and updated. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay again!

I liked that it is very clean and updated, it did not like the pool being next to the parking lot.

It is under remodel, which wasn't a problem for us. We had a room that was was done on the 3rd floor. The only issue we had was that they did not put a shelf/ledge in the shower to put your soap or shampoo bottle. You have to either hold them or put them on the floor while showering.

All employees were extremely warm and Property in currently being renovated so on going construction.

Nice property. Undergoing renovations but rooms are clean and updated. We liked this hotel better than the Hilton hotel we stayed in while in key west.

Everything went well with our visit. However, because the hotel was under renovation, our room wasn't perfect, but it was clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. Free cookies every afternoon, along with coffee and tea, were always available. Breakfasts were good. It was in an excellent location with many stores and restaurants nearby.
