Tenia problema con la llave. Fui a cambiar 4 veces pero ellos no tienen solution y gasté casi 40 min para recibir la llave correcta.

The place was very nice. Looks like they had some updates to the building. Views outside were very nice to see the landscape. Very great place you do need to pay for the breakfast buffet it's not included with stay.

Missing shower curtain Kleenex had only 2 clothes in box. Customer upstairs were loud jumping and running Everything else was okay

Rooms older but rest of property was updated

I didnt like the fact that i had to pay for a parking space. I had never had to pay for a parking space anywhere else that ive stayrd before.

Parking and access were terrible. The staff were very friendly, and the room was nice. However, they offered room service but had no food in stock. They were also out of soda and drinks. The desk chair was broken, as well.

Door was stuck open when we arrived and would not close. So we had to go back down to ask for a new room. We were in a hurry to leave to make it to our show on time. Rather than getting us a new room the guy went up to see what was wrong with the door. By the time he came back we were now late so we just had to leave since we had not time to drop off our stuff. Finally when we do get into our room later that night there is no remote or towels for us. I sent a message like they said to do if anything was wrong. No remote or towels were ever brought.

Every night a vehicle was broken in to and the hotel charges $9 a night for “secure” parking.

It was great! I used my points or rewards and prepaid for my stay. My kids dad (who I am not with) and his family missed their flight home and I had a room. They wanted to upgrade my room so we can all stay together but due to the way I booked it we were not able to and he had to get his own room. I was so grateful that I didn’t have to spend another night with them. We both came in to town to attend my son’s BMT Airforce graduation. Not sure why he came since he had no part of raising my son and he’s also against the military and I come from a Military family. Not having to spend another night with my ex and his new wife and their family was the best part of my stay.

I had to pay for parking fee about $10. I had to pay $15 per each for the breakfast which was just a simple continental one. I reserved the room for my guest and was embarrassed when getting to know with him.
