Crumbling hotel in Centro Storico was difficult for us since it had no air conditioning and April temps were in the upper 80s, the only way to access breakfast was up treacherous death-defying stairs, and the bathroom was unpleasant (and I’m being kind). Staff’s friendly attitude didn’t outweigh the hotel’s faults. We wanted to check out after 10 minutes in the place but due to Hotels.com cancellation policy we were stuck paying for 3 nights, even though we checked out a day early. Would never stay here again.

THE STAFF, ESPECIALLY WAS/IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. SHE IS THE REASON WE STAYED SO LONG AND WILL COMEBACK. THE ROOMS COULD USE "HOOKS", PLACES TO HANG THINGS LIKE ROBES, SHIRTS, ETC. TRY BEHIND THE BATHROOM DOORS

We loved our stay here. It's a beautiful building in the heart of the historic center, easy to walk to parks, bookstores, restaurants, churches, etc. The staff was wonderful- loaned me a bike one day and even prepared food for us to take when we had to leave at 4:15 am to catch our flight, because they knew we'd miss breakfast. Wish we could've stayed longer! Beautiful rooms and balconies. Loved eating on the roof top.

We had a wonderful vacation. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and shops nearby as well.

The rooms were very nice. We loved having a fridge with complimentary drinks. The rooftop restaurant was very nice. We also loved the included breakfast they served. The location can’t be beat.

Está súper bien ubicada. Tienes a unos cuantos pasos restaurantes muy buenos. Y el restaurante que tiene este Hotel es muy popular entre los locales porque la comida y el ambiente está de 10. El desayuno incluido muy rico también.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. I was expecting a typical American breakfast, but it turned out to be much more satisfying and filling than I anticipated. I would also like to extend a special thank you to the cleaning staff, particularly the wonderful cleaning lady who took care of our room. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and thorough. The room was always spotless, well-organized, and welcoming when we returned. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work, and her effort truly made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Her kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed, and I’m very grateful for the care she put into making our stay pleasant. The gentlemen at the front desk were also very helpful and attentive, especially when monitoring the front entrance. This was particularly reassuring when we arrived late at night, as it added an extra sense of safety and peace of mind.

Todo en general en éste hotel nos encantó. La ubicación, justo en el corazón del Centro Histórico, todo a distancia caminable. El área muy tranquila. Todo el personal con el que interactúamos súper amables y atentos. Los desayunos deliciosos. La récamara muy amplia, bonita y con todo lo indispensable, con persianas blackout que si no fuera por las campanas de las iglesias no mos enterabamoz que ya era de día 😂 10/10 súper recomendado
