Beautiful hotel Room was spotless with gorgeous furnishings Great central location with parking.

Had full English breakfast and very dry

Beautifully appointed rooms. Massive bed, fab shower and roll top bath, plus luxury toiletries. Great evening meal and excellent range of food at breakfast.

All good apart from not been able to check in at 3pm as room wasn’t reedy, however two free drinks at the bar wasn’t so bad, we had a great stay and the room was lovely too. Will be returning in October. Many thanks

Firstly, on arrival the allocated bays all had bollards on. I called up and a staff member eventually came out and removed this. Parking is literally opposite the hotel and at £15 a night - till 1pm the following day I was told. Checking in was very easy - I did note the staff member asked if they could do anything for me. They were genuinely nice. My room was named after a place I think which I thought was quite cool. I headed up to my room, which initially felt like a maze. I was put in a rubbish location and could literally hear people coming and going from their rooms and heavy doors slamming (this continued into the night - probably due to being so close to an exit). My room was large, good space. However, it was extremely hot probably way over 26 degrees and no air con/heating system. A fan provided was useless. It was genuinely horrible. Upon checking out I mentioned this and the staff member wasn’t phased… having the window open and profuse cold showers did not help.. The bathroom appeared to have no ventilation and I found this extremely stuffy. The hotel kindly provided a large glass bottle of water, which was a nice touch. Would I stay here again..? Only if I was not spending much time in my room - but this was due to work. Loads of local amenities around this - I would give the location a thumbs up.

Awesome hotel always is. Coffee and tea facilities plus a coffee machine and fridge and a lovely ambience.

Entrance very welcoming. Smart and modern. Bedroom was beautiful and breakfast delicious.

ROLL TOP BATH! Nespresso. Lovely bathroom products. Good sleep. No make up mirror. But that's ok.

Great experience from start to finish.

Large clean well appointed room on the front. Good view but can be noisy from the traffic. Coffee machine, tea making, iron, hair drier and robes with a quality TV as well. Large bathroom with nice fluffy towels and a roll top bath. Large powerful shower as well. All spotless.

Breakfast was excellent. I am disabled and found that there were a few points. Going down to toilets was a huge problem with no handrail. I accept that

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very welcoming not a good selection of draught beers but some in bottles and wine and spirits. The evening food was expensive but good but the breakfast was really marvellous. Bedroom was clean and very comfortable with king size bed and tea and coffee making facilities. Car parking is available but first come first served.

Dirty and unkept - really got to the stage where it needs investment - tired and certainly not worth the £350 for one night

Aircon was down on the hottest day of the year and the staff clearly couldn’t care less and would offer any help

Bedrooms were clean with good facilities ie: tea making facilities and toiletries. Staff were very polite and helpful. Bar was well stocked and a fair choice of food for breakfast.

Check in was smooth and efficient with friendly staff. There was a space for a fridge in the room but no actual fridge. We phoned reception to query this and they provided a fridge. We felt that parking was expensive (£15 a day) but, having secured a space, it was reserved for us for the length of our stay. We loved the hotel but it was a heatwave weekend and there was no air conditioning. They provided a fan but the room was very hot all weekend. We loved the quiet outdoor seating area where many a drink was consumed.
