앤티크 한 분위기의 호텔이며, 레스토랑이 유명한거 같습니다. 로컬 맛집. 특히 다양한 와인이 구비되어 있어요. 호텔방도 넓직하고 좋습니다. 다만 엘리베이터는 없어서 짐이 무거우신분들은 올라실때 조금 힘드실 수 있어요.

Lovely stay in a great location - the pillows and bed linen were particularly outstanding.

We had a warm welcome and an easy check-in, the bistro/bar/outside area was a lovely setting in the evening sunshine and a great spot for breakfast in the morning, the room was a good size and everything was clean. We had a good sleep in the comfy bed and pillows. The hotel was easy to find having arrived by train and ideally located to the night life, close enough to stroll down but not so close you would be disturbed by it. Great weekend stay.

Great room with roll top bath and balcony really made love stay. Very clean and comfortable. Great to be able to peel at the property. Staff very helpful. Lovely ambience.

A great break, in a nice hotel with fab staff

We loved it here - the hotel is scenic and convenient to the center of town. The only drawback was it was the hottest temperature all year and our a/c could not cool down enough, but not the hotel’s fault. I had to request 2 fans for our room since it was so hot, and the hotel accommodated.

Great location, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, nice toiletries and great selection of coffee and teas. Great food and drinks available onsite. Ideas for improvement- larger fridge, the fridge is tiny - other than the free water that is provided you can’t fit anything more in there. Robes would be nice as well as body lotion or hand cream in the bathroom.

The staff at the hotel went out their way to ensure we had a great stay.

Great hotel, will definitely be staying again

The room was spacious and comfortable; the air con / heating took some time to figure out but we managed it in the end. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious. The hotel is very well situated for Poole Quay and Old Town, and we would certainly stay again.

Still the best place to stay in Poole. Shower was awesome, enough room to get a rugby union team in!!! Great location near the restaurants on the Quay and a ten minute walk from the train station. Deluxe Room was very spacious and had an iron bath in the corner!! However, mattress was too soft and the pillows too 'fluffy'. Just a personal note, but we needed hard mattresses and 'dull' pillows. Breakfast is over-priced (plenty of coffee shops/delicatessens in Poole), but if you need to eat one, buy the Cooked and go all in!! Large bar area and restaurant. Fabulous building all round, full of history - you can learn about one of the previous owners in nearby Poole Museum.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast

Staff friendly and helpful, location good for the many bars and restaurants on Poole Quayside. Room was adequate, not enough sockets in convenient places for kettle etc. Heating took a bit of fathoming out (had to contact reception). Shower not good.

Amazing little find. Reception staff very polite. Room spacious and very clean. Lovely property. Short stroll to the harbour and shops. Would definately stay again.
