Probably the best place to stay in valladolid. The room was well kept and clean. The restaurant has great service and great food. For a small fee we were able to get our laundry washed and they found my partners aura ring in a pocket and bagged it up for us. The staff is very help full and the location is amazing

Es la tercera vez que me hospedo en este hotel, cada una de ellas ha sido peor que la anterior. La primera vez que me hospede la comida y el servicio eran impecables, la segunda vez, habían bajado un poco, pero pensé que sería algo temporal. Esta tercera ocasion será la última vez que me hospedo, la calidad ha bajado muchisimo, ahora están centrados en los centavos y no en los pesos. Es una lástima.

The food was A MA ZING! The rooms are ok, nothing flashy. The staff very helpful and friendly. Unbeatable location. I would definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The pool side bartender was very friendly and suggested good snacks and drinks. The property is very quaint. It's around the block from a ton of restaurants and this has to do. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel mesón del marqués is our favorite hotel in valladolid. Dinning is an experience not to be missed. Excellent location, well trained, helpful, friendly staff. Daniel served us at breakfast and shared nearby sites to visit while improving what little mayan language we use. We were informed by the parking staff of a flat tire we incurred while driving there and they arranged for a quick and efficient repair. We can't say enough about how helpful they were. The hotel is a work of art. May not be as modern as some may like but is a classical Yucatán beauty.

This hotel sits right on the main plaza of Valladolid and has such historic charm. There’s a beautiful open air courtyard where breakfast is served (and the hotel restaurant). The pool area is perfect for kids and adults alike (you can order food and beverages at the pool). Parking is easy and secure - staff are lovely all around. Highly recommend getting breakfast included with the room - we found the hotel food and dining experience to be better than most restaurants located immediately around the plaza.

El sanitario no llenaba de agua

Very (!) loud room, very hot. Limited and small breakfast included. Perfectly located. Excellent dinner. Recommended for one or two day stay at maximum.

Excellent location for exploring Yucatán and Valladolid. Breakfast is delicious and freshly prepared. Highly recommended.

The staff was very helpful especially David. I was struggling getting our luggage from the bus station was ND he proactivly cam to help me. The elevator was down for maintenance and he ended up carrying our luggage up four flights of stairs to our room.
