Super hôtel au cœur de ville nous avons passer un excellent séjour (3 nuits) Je recommande !!

Excellent location for exploring Yucatán and Valladolid. Breakfast is delicious and freshly prepared. Highly recommended.

The staff was very helpful especially David. I was struggling getting our luggage from the bus station was ND he proactivly cam to help me. The elevator was down for maintenance and he ended up carrying our luggage up four flights of stairs to our room.

La habitación está bien. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno delicioso. El bar suuuper a gusto tanto la terraza, como el speak easy. Grata estadía.

This was charming stay. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and well stocked with necessities. The breakfasts were delicious and service excellent. Dinners were exquisite….the menu full of various options aimed to please. These folks sure know how to run a hotel.

The room we had was average. The bathroom was tiny. However, the hotel’s location is excellent. The restaurant was superb for dinner and breakfast. Beautiful hotel grounds.

El hotel muy bonito, el personal amable Solo las camas y almohadas muy incómodas, de mala calidad. Almohadas apelmasadas, duras. La cama aguada, no dan soporte. Muy incómodas para descansar

Nydelig frokost, vakkert hotell!

Chambre fonctionnelle mais petite. Peu isolée du bruit environnant,nous avons été réveillées très tôt par les cris des oiseaux. Très bien placé au centre de la ville, parking gratuit et disponible dans la cour de l'hôtel.

Generellt sett bra på alla sätt.

Room 1504 the room need attention, have a fake closet, simple box, this room used to have a balcony and was transform for closed you can see the outside light inside the closet, look very bad horrible

The hotel is very centrally located...we could walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel grounds are lovely and the restaurant was delicious. The room was clean, and spacious, but it had nothing in it but the bed, a small desk and 2 nightstands. There was no table or chairs. Had we ordered room service, we would had to eat on the bed. Also, the lighting in the room was quite dim. Perhaps most irritating was the room key card. It only worked some of the time. We'd touch the key pad, the light would flash green, but the door wouldn't open. We'd have to go down to the reception desk repeatedly to have the card reset.

Location close to town center. Room very dated and quite small. Bathroom very small - no exhaust. Furniture felt rickety ! No proper duvet cover - just a sheet under the blanket. Wardrobe was in front of a window and blocked most of the light coming into the room! Air conditioner worked well. Staff friendly. Good Mexican restaurant attached the the hotel. Just about ok for one night. Would not stay again.

L'hôtel est idéalement placé et possède un grand parking. Notre séjour a été très agréable et le personnel très conciliant.

Breakfast and dinner at the downstairs restaurant were excellent. Only downside to this place is the noise at night. For the second night we moved to a location away from the rooftop restaurant which is very loud. It was a hassle but worth it for better sleep.
