We believed 4 star mark, but this hotel cannot be 4 star. 1. The bedding, sheet and chair conditions are not clean, cheap and thin material with low quality. 2. Temperature of room was freezing cold in October, so we asked heating and portable heater but they provide blanket. However we could not use, it was not clean and we afraid bedbug and flea. We cannot sleep. 3. The quality of breakfast was so poor. 4. Long distance from parking to guestroom. 5. We cannot find this hotel, because the signboard is small. It makes my wife on panic. 6. Surrounding environment is not good in construction area.

Beautiful hotel staff very friendly specially Liz at the restaurant. Only bad thing was a snail in the shower. It was unpleasant. And the oranges were on the floor making walking dangerous.

Wonderful food and facility. Breakfast was amazing. Not the cheapest place but after being there 10 days the amenities proved worth it.

A fabulous place to stay. Beautiful grounds and a first class restaurant on the property. A great one or two night getaway on the coast if you are staying in Rome for the week.

Staff grumpy. Good breakfast excellent parking. Bathroom needs renovation.

Beautiful hotel! The room was very comfortable for 4 adults. The grounds are very nice to walk around. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Gaeta.

This is a beautiful property with easy access to historic gaeta and Formia. The staff and owners are very friendly and welcoming. There is a large pool for children and adults that is to be enjoyed when not able to access the beach. Breakfast offers a variety of cold and hot options along fresh fruit and locally baked goods. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. I would highly recommend this property.

Parking was ample. Pool is beautiful with shallow and deeper parts and olive trees planted in the middle. Lounge chairs were easily available in September - not the most comfortable, but they were available which is different than many resorts. The property is filled with gorgeous plants, flowers and fruit trees everywhere. Really magical! The staff is low key but very friendly. The front desk staff were fabulous to have for advice on the area, taxi reservations, dinner help and selling us bus tickets.

We loved that the property had a private beach and pool surrounded by beautiful landscape filled with flowers and olive trees. The villa has everything you need for your vacation.

Fantastisk sted. Vennlig personale, rene og majestetiske rom. Nydelig bassengområde og veldig god og innholdsrik frokost. En skikkelig rolig omgivelse. Veldig fint med eget privat område ved sjøen.

Fint och bra hotell nära stranden. Det var inte så lågt pris, men det vet du ju från början när du bokar. Hotellrummen var jättestora. Det känns som att man bor på ett slott. Trädgård, gångar och häckar var mycket välskötta. Egen gångtunnel under vägen för att komma ner till egen privat brygga/plattform strax ovanför vattenytan. Bekväma trappor ner till vattnet med fin vit sandstrand. Långgrunt så att det passar barn. Hotellets egen strandbar med alla tillbehör på bekvämt avstånd. Lunchrestaurang på hotellet eller en bit bort på den allmänna stranden. Närmsta kvälls-restaurang på hotellet eller 300 meter bort. Bra frukost med ägg och bacon.

Absolutely beautiful property! Delicious food in restaurant and for breakfast. Private beach with great service. We only stayed for one night, but it worse to stay and enjoy longer.

Public atea very very nice, spacious room, very clean, good breakfast, parking. However shower is very narrow, water in the toilet go very slowly…. Not easy….

Nydelig plass med hyggelige og profesjonelle ansatte! Romslige og rene rom. Vi var der i påsken og ble først litt skuffet over at bassenget ikke var åpent, men i løpet av oppholdet fylte de bassenget så vi rakk også å bade før vi dro. Ungene var svært fornøyde! Tusen takk for en minneverdig påske i Gaeta.
