시설은 넓고, 청결도는 준수합니다. 그러나, 룸 바로 앞에 있는 plunge pool은 관리가 잘 안되어있어 이용하지 못했습니다. 레스토랑 서빙 직원들의 서비스 및 마인드는 기대에 훨씬 못 미쳤습니다. 리셉션 직원들이 서비스 마인드가 훌륭했습니다. 이용할 수 있는 자체 facility는 pool 외에는 거의 없으니 참고하세요.

Hyggelige ansatte og store rom. Flere matbutikker i nærheten. Gåavstand til stranden. Fint med vaskemaskin på rommet. Harde senger. Veldig fint bassengområde. De pusser opp, så det kommer nok til å bli veldig fint. Noen steder er det litt slitt. Vi hadde et fint opphold.

This property was clean for the most part. I would go back if I needed to. There was a weird smell in one of the bathrooms and the beds are really hard. Not comfortable at all. However the service was great. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The little food they did have on the menu was really good. Would have preferred more options but all in all a good property for families. The area is okay. On the slower side and lots of food nearby, walking distance. That was great

The hotel is very pleasant. Everyone was very welcoming and we loved the pool area the most. Its 5 min walk to Surin Beach; very nice sandy beach. Prices are a little over the roof but thats the only negative thing I would say. Overall I would come back definitely!

Fantastisk sted på Surin Beach. Alt var topp. Fantastiske senger etter å ha vært ute på øyene. Hjelpsomt personale som ordnet alt og litt til for oss. Anbefales på det sterkeste.

The Chava är ett supermysigt hotell med lyxig känsla. Vi bodde i en lägenhet med 2 sovrum, pool och uteplats. Poolområdet är vackert och personalen är fantastisk. Mycket god och vällagad mat. Surin beach ligger tvärs över gatan. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Fin anläggning med väldigt fin pool. Nära en jättefin strand med mysig omgivning. Åt middag en kväll som smakade väldigt bra. Rekommenderas starkt

年末に6泊しました。部屋数が少ないためか、プールもすいていました。日本人も 少ないエリアで、ビーチ、レストラン どこに行っても日本人はいませんでした。 部屋は広くて ビーチに持っていくレジャーシートやパラソルもあって快適。洗濯機も物干しもあるので毎日洗濯ができて助かりました。 朝食はプールサイドの開放的なテーブル席で 好きなものを注文するスタイル。 ランチ、ディナーも出来ます。リーズナブルでおいしい。 特にハンバーガーがおいしかったです。 スタッフも皆 笑顔で気持ちが良かったです。 周囲にはコンビニやレストランも徒歩圏内であり、便利な場所。 滞在中 二回 オールドタウンに行きました。 タクシーで40分くらい。 往復5000円弱。 ホテル周辺とは全く違った雰囲気で おススメ。 一点だけ 気になったのは 部屋のソファにダニがいたらしく、ゴロゴロしていた息子は 帰国時 20箇所以上かまれて 痒がっていました。 私と娘も数カ所。 ソファに座るときには プール用のバスタオルを敷いたりするといいかもしれません。

Our first family trip away and it exceeded our expectations. The beach was literally across the street and beautiful. The hotel itself was so nice and peaceful - don’t expect a big resort with kids facilities. We loved that it was cosy and intimate and quiet. The restaurant had delicious food but breakfast could’ve had a bit more variety.

A small slice of safety/paradise in a designer boutique hotel close to beautiful Surin Beach. At check in the staff invite you to relax on comfortable chairs in a garden setting sipping cool fresh juice while they take care of everything at the front desk for you (bringing the usual paperwork to you as necessary). The hotel is built around a beautifully landscaped courtyard with large clean swimming pool and an excellent and versatile bar/cafe. There are numerous poolside lounges and a few cabanas for lounging all day sipping cocktails if that suits you. The usual tours to other parts of Phuket can be arranged at the hotel. Surin Beach is a very long white powder sand beach a leisurely five minute walk away across one street and down a path through a grassy area. The hotel provides complimentary beach towels, mats and umbrellas. The beach is fringed with a groves of trees providing day-round shade if desired. Local vendors are present but not intrusive, providing mini-cafes, massages, scooter rentals, etc. Vendors pack everything up at sunset. Perfect hotel and beach for young families and retired couples looking to relax and enjoy nature. Definitely not for the singles party crowd. Overall a most relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Great food, everyone lovely, great rooms, close to beach but feels like an oasis. Rooms huge.

Had a relaxed stay recently that was made awesome by extremely helpful staff - they managed to get us last minute tickets to Phuket Fantasea and stunning seats. Always helpful and full of useful local advice, would stay there again. Thank you Chava

Great apartment style hotel! Apartment was huge and amazing! Pool great!

My husband and I stayed at the Chava with two 15 year old girls. We stayed in the two bedroom penthouse which was very spacious and comfortable. My husband and I absolutely loved the Chava and Surin beach because it is small, relaxed and beautiful. It was probably a little quiet for the girls as we travelled in October which is low season but perfect for us 😊 We were pleasantly surprised with the cost of food and drink at the resort.. It was not excessive at all. Definitely the best coffee, just like home. We found the hamburgers were not as good as the reviews, lacking salt/flavour, but that is being picky and quite easy to fix with a sprinkle of salt. Great staff, attentive without being obtrusive .... Highly recommend both the resort and the location.

*English follows after Japanese 1歳7ケ月の娘を連れて滞在させていただきました。普段はイヤイヤ期で親を手こずらせる娘も、100平米の広いお部屋を縦横無尽に走り回り、3日間始終ご機嫌さんでした。スタッフの皆さんが子供に優しく接してくださり、とても居心地が良かったです。他のゲストもご家族連れが多く、乳児連れや小学生ぐらいのご兄弟もみんな楽しそうにプールで寛いでおられましたよ。 IHコンロ、レンジ、フルサイズの冷蔵庫、鍋や包丁など必要なキッチングッズもお部屋に揃っているので、娘のために日本から食材を持ち込み、普段と変わらない食事を取らせてあげられる点も幼児連れには助かりました。 英語版ですが、レセプションでDVDも貸してくださいます。我が家は子供向けのDVDを音楽がわりに付けっ放しにしていました。 足りないものは車で7、8分のスーパーで買い足せますが、持って行ったら良かったなと思う物は、アリの巣コロリ！豊かな自然の恵みを思えば当然ですがお部屋に蟻さんが入ってきます。気になる方は持参をオススメします(笑) 蚊も多いので、子供用の虫除けは大活躍しました。お風呂用の手桶も持って行くと、小さなお子さんと入浴する時に便利です。 ホテルスタッフの質が高く、ホスピタリティに溢れた最高のホテルです。また来ようねと言うと娘も笑顔でうん♪と言っていました(^-^) We'd stayed for 3nights with baby girl. She enjoyed comfortable over 100 square meters guest room. Other guest came with their children who are infant or toddler or more elder, they enjoyed swim at pool. Hotel room facilities which of kitchen, microwave helps cook for your kids. You can rent selected DVDs at reception. We were able to really enjoy phuket as if stay at home. Appreciate every chava resort crew members' warmest hospitality and professional service. Hope to see you soon!
