Excelente servicio

Great stay!

Nula disponibilidad para hacer un check in anticipado. Solicité hacer el check in con dos horas de anticipación y me lo negaron a pesar de que el hotel contaba con habitaciones disponibles en ese momento. Mi petición era debido a que tenía un evento y quería descansar un poco ya que yo estaría de regreso ya muy tarde esa noche. El bufet de muy mala calidad y caro para lo que ofrecen.

I have been a frequent guest for the last 5 yrs monthly or even twice a month. But today was the last draw on the hotel restaurant morning Buffet every day is the same items which is served cold pans are not kept warm. Being that I am diabetic I needed breakfast nothing seemed appetizing so I requested an omelette(one egg) with spinach & cheese two slices of toast and Coffee well I was charged for the whole Buffet $$$ Never eat there awful service no communication from staff There is a Casino near by half the price delicious and hot warm food Love the hotel hate the morning staff of restaurant lunch and dinner better staff

Muy bonita habitación, todo muy limpio y excelente atención de todo el personal.

Bien las instalaciones con comodiad y silencio; restauran con una carta amplia sin necesidad de salir del hotel.

El personal al registrarse muy poco amable, deverian dar 2 tarjetas por cuarto.

nice suites on the outskirts of Guadalajara. Good size room small shower.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay. It's quiet with large rooms and a secluded pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are tons of restaurants and shopping close by with La Perla shopping mall. Great value as well.

La propiedad muy bien nadamas el tema del agua huele mal cuando te bañas

El restaurante debe aperturar con horario ampliado (mas tarde), pero es excelente el servicio. (cierran 9pm)

Lo único que no me agradó fue que desde muy temprano el personal de limpieza hace muchísimo ruido entre plática, risa y ruido … Las personas elegimos quedarnos en un hotel por diversos motivos, pero más que nada para descansar después de un día cansado por enfermedad, trabajo o diversión y es muy desagradable que no se permita por esta situación ! Todo lo demás excelente

Habitaciones amplias, el estacionamiento muy bien

Checked in and was told here was no hot breakfast as advertised on Expedia, as the maid quit two weeks ago. The beds and bedding were outstanding the rest was more like a monthly boarding house with a communal kitchen, where left over breads were offered. The promised pancakes never materialized, the Togo coffee cups had no lids or sugar. I think they should not offer hotel rooms as service and amenities fall far short but focus only on monthly room rentals.

Great hotel for families. The tempered pool stays open from 10 AM to 8 PM daily, it is clean and well maintained. Location near La Perla Pool is very convenient. Tokki Creperie -across the street- opens at 10 AM, it is great for salty and sweet crepes and waffles, and also has coffee creations.

Al llegar no tenían ni habitación lista, no entiendo porque no respetan la hora del check-in, eso tuvo consecuencias para mi viaje pues tenía transporte reservado a cierta hora y que no estuviera lista mi habitación me retrasó mucho.
