Pyysimme ylempiä kerroksia ja parvekkeen ja sen saimme, joten hyvä kokemus. Kaikin puolin siisti paikka, sopiva yhden yön majoitukseen ja helpon matkan päässä lentokentästä.

Overall, an enjoyable

The staff were helpful and friendly. The apartment was awesome. Large great balcony . Had absolutely everything you would possibly need . Parking secure and easy to do. Check in and check seamless. Chermside a 3 minute walk no driving . It just does not get any better. Hope l get to stay again and fir longer.

It provided safe, secure and quiet shelter during Cyclone Alfred.

It was close to everything

Clean, neat, well presented. Some traffic/dog barking noise but not bad. Took a few different phonecalls to have someone attend check in counter on arrival but otherwise no issues.

The room was perfect for what we needed. The bed was comfy, good sized shower, decent sized balcony and provided everything you’d essentially need. All of the staff were super helpful. Although didn’t use it ourselves, the Grab & Go breakfast is a great thing to have available! Top notch stuff.

Loved how close it was to Chermside Westfield.

Must for Chermside shopping!

Fantastic customer service at reception - thankyou!

Check-in delayed. No one was at the reception, and when we phoned, there was no answer. After waiting for about five minutes, the receptionist arrived. We also noticed that anyone could enter the lift and travel to any floor without using the keycard.

Clean and modern, staff were professional, check-in was easy and fast. The bed was a bit too firm for me but that's because I like a soft bed. I'm happy we stayed there and would again.

We had a great stay, room was clean and tidy. AJ at reception was very kind also.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night here because it has everything you need for a short stay, very close to transport.

Clean, big room, close to shops and transport.

Not my favourite stay. Room was dirty n noisy. Even though I paid more for a room with bathtub, I didn’t get to use it as the design of the tub was such that the water outlet is right in your face when you lay down in the tub. Also, there’s no AC in the bedroom. Bad design. There’s 2 trees just outside my room n I’m woken up at 3am every morning by the birds.

Friendly greeting received on check in and given a room on higher floor after checking we had no issue with heights. Room was comfortable and recently renovated with comfortable bed and pillow and new air conditioner that was nice and quiet. Carpark was included at no extra cost. Some parks were not accessible during our stay due to renovations, but we had no issue getting a carpark. Overall comfortable stay, friendly staff and would stay again.

The price was appealing, but no restaurant was disappointing.
