Great Value - Older but clean.

Do not recommend Smelled smoke all night, stained sheets, room was very hot it took hours to cool down

Lots of dust/dirt on shelves and in bathroom, must be short maid.Lock didn't work, never fixed. Exterior doors were dirty. Only 1 trash bin.

Very nice hotel close to where we were playing. Room was clean and spacious. Very quiet also compared to some of the other we’ve stayed at.

It's an older place. They've done some updating, like LED ceiling lights, but our mattress was old style with actual noisy springs inside! Not as clean as I would've liked - cursory cleaning without attention to detail. Room smelled like deodorizer covering up smoke, in a non-smoking room. Looked like they expected people to smoke right outside the door. We stayed 3 nights but probably wouldn't stay there again.

Look like a getto motel.. didn't even get out of my vehicle to register for the room...

This was a very difficult stay. The room reeked of cigarettes, someone had pulled the smoke detectors off the wall and hidden them up on some shelves, the sheets and pillows had stains all over them, and there was other peoples’ hair and other unnamable things on the beds as if the sheets had never been washed and the beds had never been remade. I understand this was a budget motel, but no one should have to endure that even for the price paid.

It was a friendly investment with no hassle check in

If you just need s simple room this can work for you. The beds arent the bedf but will work for quick nap

It was perfect for our night stay. Staff was friendly and it was very clean. Shower could use an update but we would definitely stay again.

The toilet was not flushing properly upon arrival, but was resolved by next morning. The room was old, but generally clean except for the fridge, the coffee pot and the microwave. The turn plate in the microwave is the wrong part, so doesnt turn and doesnt heat correctly. I'm guessing other guests had multiple cars as there was inadequate patking. The pet area was filthy.

The first night was quiet and peaceful, but the second night I heard loud footsteps above my head from 2:30 am til 6 am, so I was unable to get back up sleep.

Reasonable for it's price. Very convenient for Devil's Lake visit.
