한국인 직원이 있어서 편했고, 다른 분들도 모두 친절함.

여긴 정말 저만 알고싶을 정도로 인생최고의 호텔이었습니다. 타임머신을 타고 과거로 간듯한 신기한 경험이었습니다. 호텔방에서의 숲뷰는 정말 눈에 다 담기힘들정도입다. 프렌치 레스토랑의 저녁식사, 정원산책, 호텔존재 자체만으로도 감사할정도로 멋진숙박 이었습니다. 아침식사도 정찬으로 대접받은 느낌이었습니다. 다음에 다시 방문할겁니다.

편의시설을 갖춘 많은 호텔이 있었지만, 남다른 역사를 가진 이 호텔을 선택하였고 좋은 선택이었다고 생각합니다. 위치나 건물이 운치가 있습니다. 룸 내의 가구나 시설은 매우 오래되었지만 사용에 불편함은 없었습니다. 정원을 산보도 한 몫합니다. 현대적인 깔끔함과 편리함이 선택의 주요 기준이 아니라면 한 번 경험할 만한 것 같습니다. 마지막으로, 한국어 가능한 직원이 있어 매우 친절히 응대해주어 기뻤습니다.

여태 가본 호텔 중 가장 좋은 기억.. 에도시대 호텔이 이렇게 아름답고 튼튼 깨끗하다니... 모든게 너무 감동.. 가격대비 매우 훌륭.. 외국인보다 내국인이 많고 조용하기까지함

오래된 호텔이랑 기대안했는데 식사도 맛있고 방도 넓고 깨끗한데다 수질도 좋았습니다.서비스도 훌륭했습니다.

The Fujiya reeks of history and elegance. The rooms are very spacious. The ambiance is sublime. We are so pleased we stayed at this hotel. The staff and quality of service was excellent. The sauna and spa facilities were 1st class. A couple of minor issues - the beds were a touch on the firm side. And the range of choice for breakfast was limited. However, in every other respect, the Fujiya will be a highlight of our time in Japan.

We really enjoyed our stay here and was a highlight of our trip! The surrounding area is beautiful, the hotel itself is gorgeous, and the staff were all incredibly helpful and kind.

静かで落ち着いた所でした。スタッフの方も、すれ違い時は、立ち止まって丁寧に挨拶されて気持ちよく過ごさせていただきました。

The Fujiya Hotel is a historic gem in an unforgettable setting, with a staff that is extremely friendly, competent and professional. It’s a one-of-a-kind experience with a beautiful onsite onsen, and easy access to all the best that Hakone has to offer. Definitely one of my all-time favourite travel experiences!

スタッフの方の対応も素晴らしく、また歴史的な建築物を見て泊まることができて大変満足いたしました。

Parfait hôtel historique à ne pas manquer

The hotel was beautiful, restaurants wonderful and breakfast amazing but really disappointed that the onsen (outside pool) was closed. This was no due to weather but apparently the case being Sep despite 26 degree weather. This should have been communicated through website information or at time of booking as this is a highlight to going to an onsen area. Especially this quiet an area, one night was enough.

The hotel was beautiful but overpriced! The A/C in our room did not cool so we spent a very uncomfortable night there. The room was over $500 and for that price I would expect a nice cool room. The service excellent but again not worth the price.

Amazing Japanese hospitality experience I ever had. I have been to many different hotels in Japan and this is one of the best hotel I ever had. The Japanese Traditional Breakfast was outstanding as well. We will definitely come back again for special occasions. Thank you very much!

Beautiful hotel - what you would imagine as ‘old Japanese style’, but with all the comforts you need in today’s world. The people and service amazing. Great location to access the attractions all around the area - via using the very easy to use public services.
