The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Only thing was our greeting/welcome card had someone else’s name. I think our reservation included a welcome drink which we never got.

Awesome place in the center of boquete

The room was absolutely lovely and restful. The hotel is very very nice and had a warm and relaxing feel to it. Old world elegance is the term I would use. We had breakfast and dinner at the Tach restaurant. The breakfast was very good with a varieties of choices and very farm to table. The dinner was excellent. Staff always friendly and attentive. The bar is especially charming and made a mean whisky sour. Loved the fireplaces for a cosy nightcap. All in all, a very pleasant stay. The only recommendation? Perhaps be the first luxury hotel to offer excellent decaf coffee.

El cuarto #17 necesita un aire más moderno o estar mejor arreglado. Las ventanillas estaban pegadas con tape y el control era genérico. Las ventanas del cuarto #17 están muy viejas y en mal estado y donde más te convenía abrir la ventana no se abría bien y el techo hacia donde daba tenía moho así que tocó usar el aire en parapetado. Las cortinas terribles, no se podían abrir por su rudimentario, baratas y fuera de lugar. Colchón, ropa de cama, almohadas, toallas muy buenas. Iluminación muy buena. El desayuno campesino estaba muy bueno. Los jardines del hotel deliciosos y grandes. Tengo un Tundra y los estacionamientos muy espaciosos y cómodos. La ubicación magnífica. Volvería con gusto pero me parece que para hacer un hotel caracterizado por ser bueno y de lujo (no mega lujo) deberían de modernizar las cortinas, tener los aires bien reparados (y las ventanillas pegadas con con tape) y por el amor de Dios, un control genérico barato para un aire Panasonic?!
