비수기에 1박이라 다른 시설은 이용하지 못하고 객실만 사용했습니다. 사진과 같지는 않을 것으로 예상은 했지만 객실문을 열어보았을 떄 실망감은 더 컸습니다. 전망은 좋지만, 샤워기, 에어컨 등 시설 관리가 잘 이루어지지 않는 것 같아요. 특히 샤워 도중 갑자기 찬물만 나와서 몹시 당황됐습니다. 체크인, 아웃 시간이 다른 숙소보다 짧은 것도 큰 단점이네요.

Huset var så fint. Der manglede en smule rengøring i hjørner, men det var minimalt. Rengøringen var sød, og poolen var dejlig. Masser af de både på hotellet og omkring.

Good location of apartment and facilities at reasonable price.

We got the remodeled unit and it was a nice unit. The only issue we had was the morning visitors, cockroaches.Each morning there are one or two. - We arrived after midnight. Front desk was excellent - Buy grocery as food is pricey inside the resort. - Court rental can get expensive. We weren't exactly there.for vacation. It was relaxing while we were there.

El personal de recepción solo realiza el check-in y el check-out. Pague el primer día a mi llegada, esta mañana dejé el hotel y aún no tengo la factura.

Very nice resort area. Vi got lucky with our apartment as we had west view with evening sun and seaview. Even made friends with one of the local parrots who seemed sad when we left. Absolutely great value for the money and we will surely return. The staff are fluent in english and very helpful.

Beach view as advertised For a Premium rental, we would have expected something a bit more premium. Basic accommodation, bed rather hard

Great location. Can walk to beach. Room was walkout to pool. Need a car to get around

Stayed in the Sierra Marina block perfect for a quiet trip.The spacious apartment was modern, comfy and very well equipped. I felt at home and didn't want to leave. Resort is huge and hilly so be prepared for walking. If lots of hilly walking is an issue, i would stay in San Diego area to be closer to the action and where the taxi rank is. Otherwise everywhere is a long hilly walk away. I used the gym several times and it was very clean and had everything i needed. I had a swedish massage and that was so relaxing! Flying pizza delivery was spot on. House salad huge and pizza delicious! Only negative is I paid for late checkout until 12 noom 30 euros which i think is expensive for just 2 hours. Other than than that wish i could have stayed longer and will go back.

Le sejour etait excellent. Mais ce qui restera en ma memoire et le service exceptionnel que j ai eu de la part de Jaqueline au service client. Beaucoup de gentillesse et d efficacite. Merci 1000 fois

An extremely well run resort. Check in was a bit difficult to find but very friendly and efficient once found. Nice apartment in good location. Nice balcony in sun from midday. Lovely view. Cleaning and housekeeping excellent. No hot water on day 1 made phone call to reception and maintenance around almost immediately and fixed it. No way to make ground coffee ie cafetière but generally everything you need.

Reception behavour was extrwmely rude, unprofessional and irrelevant at the time of check in. Despite returning to this proprty for sexond time, that behaviour will perhaps mark an end to possible future visits.
