샤워실이 좀 작네요...

1. 위치는 정말 훌륭합니다. Ottaviano역 출구 바로 옆. 2. 방은 넓은편이지만 매우 어둡고 습합니다. 3. 와이파이 연결은 되지만 인터넷은 되지 않습니다. 4. 어메니티 없습니다. 비누하나로 끝 5. 시트 안갈아줍니다. 3일 투숙하는 동안 뭐 묻은 시트가 그대로. 6. 욕실은 큰 편이지만, 사워부스는 매우 비좁습니다. 결정적으로 투숙객에 대한 프라이버시가 전혀 없습니다. 아니 보안에 아주 취약합니다. 분명 방에 사람이 있음에도 불구하고 누군가 노크도 없이 문을 열고 들어오고, 재빨리 도망갑니다. 프론트에 이에 대한 항의를 하자 에어컨이 켜져 있어서 확인하러 왔다는 말도 안되는 변명을 하며 절대 사과는 하지 않습니다. 문열고 들어온건 누구였는지 확인 안해주는건 기본이고 ㅎㅎㅎ 만약 스텝이 아니라 도둑이었으면 어떻게 할거냐고 물으니, 자기는 30년 넘게 그렇게 해왔데요. 너무 뻔뻔하고 당당하게 말하는거 보고 할말을 잃었습니다. 이런 마인드의 호텔에서 편안한 숙박과 안전 보장이 될 리가 없습니다. 남자인 저도, 불쾌함+같이간 파트너의 불안감에 편하게 지내지 못했습니다. 특히나 여성분 혼자 혹은 여성분들은 투숙 자제하심이 좋을 듯 합니다.

Godt værelse med god plads med placering i rigtigt hyggeligt område. Tæt på mange seværdigheder. Gode senge og fint badeværelse.

Hotel antiguo, bien ubicado si quieres visitar el Vaticano. Sin lujos!!! Personal bastante serio. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas hasta el medio día, estos son detalles que hay que agradecer.

Nice staff, hotel and area

Staff are all friendly and helpful! Showers is hot and nice, room size is good enough for two persons, room is clean, too.

Stayed at Silla hotel during our city break in Rome. Lovely hotel, very clean, in a very good area, just a few minutes walk from the Vatican. Hotel was very clean, communication was great and we really liked the area as well. Would definitely choose it again when back to Rome.

Cet hôtel est très propre. Un peu vétuste. Situé dans une zone de Rome qui est un peu mal famé.

The room is spotless, the customer service is excellent and the area is close to restaurants with different varieties (filipino cuisine etc). We are thankful for the excellent staff as they made our vacation in rome as a memorable one despite the language barrier. Some tips to the travelers to make your stay more comfortable. 1. You need to request for the aircon remote in the front desk 2. If you need hot water you can request for a kettle in the front desk 3. The staff in the front desk are happy to help to assist you with a taxi if you're not familiar with apps like uber 4. Utilize the hotel's shuttle service if you need transportation to and from the airport (costs 65 euros but it's way worth it as taxi and uber are expensive going to the airport) 5. Make sure to bring your hotel keys when you get out else you can't get back in as the gates close at night. 6. Most of all have fun and explore rome. There's some tourists spots close to the hotel within walking distance like the basilica. That's all from me. Thank you again Hotel Silla. I highly recommend this place to all who would travel to rome. The area is safe and you can walk at night with almost no worry as the area is constantly patrolled by police and military.

Great Hotel in a very convenient place

The hotel is very convenient. I stayed in a single room which was fine for me but if you are obese you would not fit in the shower. The staff was great. Breakfast was just OK the price was right. I would stay there again

We didn't eat breakfast so I can't comment . Staff was great. Room was nice and clean. We didn't need air con.

Smallest shower known to man . A 6yr old may have room to fully move around but a grown adult ...nope. bed was good. In a good neighborhold ,close to lots of food and shops. Felt safe. Veey close to Vatican city.

Ótima opção em Roma com muitas atrações a pé e muito próxima ao metro Ottaviano. A única ressalva é não ter portaria 24h para quem precisa fazer o checkin durante a noite.
