볼차노에서의 최고의 숙박이였습니다. 숙소는 매우 아름답고 화장실은 매우 현대적이며 깨끗해요. 서비스와 위치 청결도 모두 만족한 숙박이였습니다.

웰컴드링크, 객실업그레이드, 훌륭한 조식 등 매우 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다. 다음에는 더 오래 묵고싶네요.

오래된 시설 및 가구임에도 불구하고 청결 상태가 매우 훌륭했으며 방의 전망 또한 너무 멋있었습니다. 침대도 편안했고, 스탭들도 친절했습니다.

일단 역에서 가깝고 시내도 가깝고 공원을 끼고 있는 레스토랑과 카페도 좋고 밤에 다니기도 위험하지 않았어요

역바로 앞에 위치하고 볼자노 시내에서 제일 좋은 호텔입니다. 직원들 친절하고 도움을 많이 주며 방도 넓고 깨끗하고 욕실도 넓고 특히 욕조가 좋았습니다. 다양한 티와 포트 무료 비치. 아주 고풍스러운 바와 분위기 좋은 가든 바/레스토랑이 있어 저녁에 예쁩니다. 타지역 호텔 대비 가성비가 매우 좋습니다.

Great stay in Bolzano for a quick stop

An ideal location, this beautiful hotel has much to offer. Excellent rooms and exceptionally clean. Wonderful grounds to relax and enjoy the serenity of the space and the amenities. FOod and bar was outstanding, delicious, and attentive staff. We look forward to a reason to return.

tolles Traditionshaus mit viel Kunst, Charme und Kultur! Grosser Park mit Restaurant überdacht und neu auch Pool mit Liegewiese. Tolles Frühstück! Ein Haus für Romantiker und "savoire vivre!" Ich komme immer wieder gerne zurück, wenn ich auf Geschäftsreise bin. Praktische Park Möglichkeiten beim Hotel.

Struttura confortevole ed elegante nel centro di Bolzano. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Il posto giusto per soggiornare a Bolzano.

Hotel is very well located, parking accross the street for hotel guests (with extra daily fee but still ok), hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Bolzano gets very hot and I believe the AC for the bedrooms are centrally controlled so I could not control the temperature down by myself but that wasn't an issue as it was marking approx 25 degrees. Not a dealbreaker for me but maybe ask when going in high summer (PS - I did not ask to make the room colder in the front desk, maybe that was an option!) Pool/garden/bar/restaurant area as super nice and well maintaned. Definately could spend a day just chilling there. Highliy recommend and would come back again.

Walkabe to everything in Bolzano. Loved no charge bicycles and the pool.

The staff was rude and very unwelcoming. The extra charge was a second guest was not mentioned anywhere and we were asked to pay without any explanation or prior notice.
