Hotel is a decent hotel for the price it’s centrally located. The staff are all very nice and helpful. There is a well equipped gym m on site. The hotel itself self is decent but it is a bit out dated. Also, there are no amenities. I would have rated it 5 star if they provided a coffee machine and a mini fridge. With all that said I would still come back and I would recommend.

Lo único que no me agradó de este hotel es que los desagües estaban tapados, entonces a la hora de bañarse y a la hora de lavarse las manos el agua subía y eso me parece deagradable.

Everything in this hotel is perfect The big nice pool, clean room and Air conditioning works perfectely for a nice vacation, everytime I traveled to Colima I stayed in this hotel.

1. Fallas con el agua caliente en una semana no logre darme un baño matutino con agua caliente, se reporto a la recepción. 2. Encontramos 2 cucarachas en un cajón del tocador se reporto a la recepción

Great & safe place to stay! Great for families with great pools. Their wifi doesn’t work or it has a weak signal. If you love food their buffet is worth it.

Muy buena la atención

Tanya at Reception is bilingual so if you need Inglis pick her. It's easier to pay cash for the restaurant as opposed to signature to the room. They just don't get that, and if they do, it doesn't always work. Service staff are also smarter than me language wise. Rooms are fine, remember it's a 3+ star place. Not all electric plugs are grounded, plan accordingly. The AC and the hot water performed as expected. Earplugs are always good for the national neighbors. The pool is popular, with towels and dressing rooms available to guests. The grounds are patrolled and parking is secured, you can leave the clubs in the car. All in all, we always enjoy our stay here.
