Room was great for the money! Staff was friendly. Asked for extra pillows, which were not available. We were brought extra blankets instead, which actually helped. Grounds were great. Pool inviting, but we didn't have time to use it.

The hotel was relatively clean, but overall not comfortable. The pillows and mattress are old and very uncomfortable, and the bedding feels outdated. The beds are also quite small. The shower was clogged, and although I requested extra towels (since only two were provided), they were never delivered. The next day, a housekeeper could only give me two additional towels. I would not recommend staying here for more than one night with family. Also you can hear everything from outside. Perhaps the main suites are better, but they are very expensive.

Todo muy bien

This was our second time at this hotel. Perfectly located near the main periferical road in Hermosillo. The rooms are clean, comfy and spacious. Quiet location, great staff. Breakfast is MN320 and is buffet style.

Rooms are good size, clean, staff very nice helpful and friendly . The hotel location is not my favorite part .price is accordingly of location. Is great for 1or 2 nights stay .

La habitación estuvo limpia y confortable, el personal muy amable.

La habitacion estaba limpia, pero en el baño la regadera estaba llena de sarro y daba muy mal aspecto, aparte el internet es muy malo, la television depende del internet para tener señal asi que estuve sin internet y sin TV.

La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. El personal muy amable y el buffet muy rico. En general mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bien. En el futuro, nuestra próxima estancia "hotel San Sebastian"

La habitación no estaba muy bien aseada, en especial el baño, y muy temprano quiso entrar a la habitación una persona de mantenimiento sin avisar, estando nosotros dormidos, que para revisar el internet, pero tenía doble seguro por eso no pudo entrar
