리조트가 조용한 곳에 위치하고 시설또한 잘 갖추어저 있어 정말 좋았습니다. 객실 서비스 또한 훌룡하며 음식 퀄리티도 상당히 높습니다.

반얀트리랑 호텔존에 있는 르블랑에서 숙박을 했습니다. 르블랑과 비교가 되지 않을 정도로 최고의 숙박이었습니다. 정말 서비스며 객실정도며 친절도 뭐 하나 빠질게 없었습니다. 숙소에 들어갈 때 차가 없으면 조금 불편할 수도 있습니다. 저희는 렌트를 했기 때문에 자유롭게 움직일 수 있었습니다. 각 객실마다 자전거가 있어서 로비로는 자건거나 골프차로 움직일 수 있습니다. 객실내에 수영장이 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 반얀트리 숙박 후 르블랑을 갔는데 반얀트리 생각이 많이 났습니다. 정말 추천합니다. 정말 최고의 신혼여행이 되었습니다.

Overall we had a good experience, Staff was very nice and helpful. Atmosphere was relaxing and calm. We enjoyed the amenities that were on offer. A few issues we had that will probably probably cause us to book something else in the future: * Food is extremely expensive at this hotel, just absurd prices on some pretty basic options. * We brought our tennis gear only to find out the court rental fees are $78 per hour. Given that tennis courts are mentioned in the amenities, a fee should not be charged at all. * At times we noticed a strong smell of sewage in certain parts of the hotel.

En general, creo que es un muy buen hotel y la atención del personal, es excelente. Se desataron Edson, Francisco, Jade y Marisol en el desayuno del restaurante Oriente. Nuestra villa no estaba muy limpia y tuvimos que llenar un día para que limpiaran de nuevo, pues habían faltado algunas partes. Los closets huelen bastante a humedad y en el área de la alberca de niños, vimos basura o vasos que se quedaron ahí 2 o 3 días antes de que los levantaran. La propiedad es muy grande y puedes moverte en bicicleta o carrito de golf. Algunos conductores de los carritos iban MUY RAPIDO y con poca precaución de si salían niños corriendo o cruzaba algún animal de pronto. La playa está muy linda, y tienen buen manejo del sargazo. Los precios en la comida me parecieron EXCESIVOS. Algunos parecían de broma o burla. Por ejemplo, un coco en la playa costaba más de $500 pesos o un vaso de agua de limón, más de $200 pesos. Un pedazo de carne de 250grs costaba al rededor de $3,000 pesos.

Out of this world experience- attention to detail was amazing / the food, the service and the design and architecture were incredible! My son and I did the spa and we did the rainforest sauna along with an hour massage. It was an incredible experience!

World-Class Service and Family Paradise! Our stay at Banyan Tree Mayakoba was absolutely incredible, defined by the truly exceptional staff. Across the entire property, the service was seamless, warm, and highly attentive. Standout Highlights: Playa Sands Beach Area: The beach team was amazing and kept us completely taken care of by the ocean. Best of all, the kids absolutely loved all the beach activities, which kept them happily entertained for hours. Property Transit: Golf cart drivers were always prompt, friendly, and made getting around the massive grounds a breeze. Onsite Dining: Restaurant service was consistently flawless, from fine dining to casual spots, including the wonderful staff at El Pueblito. Pro Tip: You absolutely must try the complimentary eco boat tour that goes across the entire Mayakoba area—it is a stunning experience and completely free! This level of hospitality made our family vacation entirely stress-free. We cannot recommend this resort enough!

Stay Details: Mid-June | Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children ages 9 & 10) | 3-Bedroom Apartment with Rooftop Pool The Highlights: The resort itself is amazing, set beautifully within the natural mangroves. The property is massive, and embracing the provided bicycles is a must. Once you get used to biking, it is a fantastic way to get around, it is a 6-minute ride to the beach and tennis courts, or a 30-minute ride exploring the completely shaded natural trails. The included breakfast served by the beach is amazing and was a major high point of our stay. The Accommodation: At around $1,000 USD per day during low season, the room rate is fair. However, for a five-star resort, the 3-bedroom apartment needed some maintenance. Despite being recently renovated, the finishes are a bit rough around the edges, and closing doors and kitchen cabinets feels clunky. If you plan to cook, be aware that the kitchen is not very functional as it lacks basic utensils and cookware. The Drawbacks: The massive downside to this resort is the food and beverage pricing, which is so exorbitant it completely overshadowed the trip. The prices exceed what you would pay at the Four Seasons in New York City. For context: $120 for a plate of pasta $75 for Eggs Benedict $12 for a can of sparkling water Verdict: It is definitely a beautiful place worth trying for the outstanding mangrove experience and biking trails, but go in with your eyes wide open regarding the astronomical food and drink cost.

One of our favorite hotels would definitely come back there. This is our third time at that property.

La mejor vacacion de este verano ! Servicio de primera, la ubicación de 100 ! Todo espectacular! Si quieres mar, comer rico, excelente playa, servicio, spa, pasarla de lujo ! Mayakoba ! Bayan tree es la mejor opción ! Es un lujo este lugar ! Que vale mucho la pena conocer. Voy a regresar pronto !

This is a five star resort in every sense of the word. Will return at the earliest possible opportunity. Staff is excellent and receptive to any request. Food is wonderful, with variety of cuisines - staff flexible to dietary requests. A++++

El lugar muy lindo y con instalaciones muy bien planeadas, los precios creo son exagerados. Sobre todo en consumos, realmente fuera de lugar un ceviche más de mil pesos y cervezas 350 pesos es un robo.
