외관과 내관이 깔끔하고 위치가 너무 좋아요

Hotel is in a great, central location for exploring restaurants and monuments. It was comforting having 24 hour front desk staff and the bar/restaurant staff are excellent. The saunas and wellness area were clean and well attended to. Would be helpful to have more than just cardio equipment in the gym. The junior suite was ok. The view was nice with the courtyard BUT #1 The fridge in the room smelled of urine so strong that if you opened it the room was swamped. We advised the front desk of this multiple times but nothing was done so we were unable to use the fridge for 6 days and were not able to drink the included beverages due to the stench. #2 The king bed is actually two small twin beds and regardless of size, this was the most uncomfortable bed(s) we have EVER experienced as a couple in their 30’s who has travelled to multiple countries. #3 We stripped our bed to ensure it would be cleaned (as cleaning only happens if you remember to request it the day before) and discovered the most disgusting mattress cover that had clearly been soiled multiple times and never washed (It was replaced after we removed it) #4 The hotel was quiet until the morning when the cleaning crew showed up and had zero respect for the guests by letting every door slam or having doors propped open with the tv blasting for all to hear. This is definitely not a luxury property as advertised. 6/10.

Great position for where we needed to be . No housekeeping during our 4 day stay and our room wasnt ready until 4.30pm due to a large coach trip . Breakfast was manic due to this , there was however a good selection of food . Easy enough to get clean towels you just picked them up by asking at reception .

This hotel was excellent and met all our expectations. Berlin is huge so we chose this hotel because of its proximity to what interested us which was being close to the main cultural sights. We were a 10 minute walk to Museum Island and the Berlin State Opera. Both not to be missed, The restaurant in the hotel is a good spot for a meal or evening drink. Because it is an area of beautiful historic buildings there are little in the way of cafes and shopping but walk 10 minutes and there is the historic Nikolaiviertel area of Berlin full of great restaurants and a a river front beer garden. Great feature of hotel is the 147 bus which drops you in front of hotel from main train station and the Museum Subway stop is also nearby.

Kahvaltısı çok güzel sabahları berlinde açık yer pek olmuyor otel kahvaltıyla planlamak daha iyi oluyor. Burası çoğu turistik yere yakın. Temizlik sadece siz talep ederseniz geliyor. Çalışanları çok ilgili, güler yüzlü ve bilgililer.

Vi var yderst tilfredse med servicen, ikke mindst personalet i morgenmadsrestauranten var mere end almindeligt serviceminded og buffeten omfangsrig uden dog at være prangende. - Hotellets rengøringskoncept er meget fleksibelt, hvilket passer os. Man kan vælge både omfang og timeslot (formiddag eller eftermiddag). Hotellet ligger i rolige omgivelser og centralt for operaen og kvartererne omkring Gendarmenmarkt og Museumsøen. Prisniveauet er overkommeligt.

The Arcotel is in a very nice neighborhood close to museums. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Although the coffee was instant (which is strange when you are from BC) it was quite good!

Uns hat unser Aufenthalt im Arcotel John F sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist super, es ist nicht weit zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, trotzdem war es ziemlich ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und auch das Abendessen, das wir dort gegessen haben, war super. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Kaputter Kühlschrank wurde nicht ausgetauscht. Putzpersonal hat persönliche Dinge weggeworfen.

Staff was exceptionally helpful & welcoming. Rooms were clean and quiet. Conveniently located. Hotel restaurant was excellent as well & bar staff friendly.

Ok værelse. Larmende varmeanlæg, der holdt en vågen om natten. Manglende parkeringsplads- 12 pladser til 190 værelser. Det betød dyr parkering væk fra hotellet. Placeringen er central men der er ikke meget byliv i det område.

Zimmer wurde als "Suite" teuer verkauft, war klein, hatte nicht einmal ein Sofa und nur ein winziges Badezimmer mit Duschwanne! Absolut Substandard. Reklamation wurde unprofessionell bearbeitet ohne Bereitschaft zum Entgegenkommen. Ich fühle mich betrogen, ein solches Zimmer als teure Suite erworben zu haben.
