중심가에서 살짝 벗어난 지역이라 이동이 불편한 것 외에 시설이라던가 서비스라던가 특히 조식! 은 최고였어요. 깔끔해서 별 신경 안써도 되는 시설이었습니다. 편안히 잘 다녀왔어요.

The room was clean and comfortable although a little dated. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom toiletries were an added nice touch. The front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for comfort, service and location if you don’t mind a little dated decor!

The location was unbeatable! And the friendliness of staff were both highlights for me.

Stunning balcony views over the city, freshly prepared breakfast each morning, and a convenient 24-hour bar. The staff were exceptional, warm, and attentive. The property is ideally situated within walking distance of the plaza, park, and Castello Sforzesco.

O hotel é bonito, prédio histórico. Os funcionários foram incríveis: simpáticos e prestativos. A unica coisa que me impede de dar 5 estrelas, é que no box do banheiro havia um vazamento, que molhava o banheiro todo.

Hotel is nice and clean, small rooms like most hotel rooms in Europa. I like the hotel over all and the staff except for an older dude at breakfast. I wouldn’t comeback to Italy or Europe. We have the best of the best in the US don’t come to Europa, they don’t treat tourist nicely.

Hotel was so good staff was so friendly and they all speak English which was the only language I could speak out there Room was super clean and comfy Breakfast was amazing and quiet Location was so good 10min away from Piazza Doumo , central was 10 min way too
