Every facilities and staff especially who was at the front desk were super amazing and professional. I would like to stay there again with family

Room what not what was advertised so felt

Park hotel is located in a brilliant spot right on the lake front and a few minutes walk to the boat harbour. Staff were outstanding; always welcoming & highly knowledgeable in regards to services and the local area. The hotel is still ongoing decoration work, however our room was located away from this so it didn’t bother us. Our room from lake view with balcony, a wonderful place to start to each day seeing the sun come up over the lake. There are tall trees along the promenade so don’t expect a clear view. The room was neat but quite bare. No pictures on walls or soft furnishings like cushions or throws. It felt like it was either waiting to be decorated, or just hadn’t been furnished. The wardrobe was small and quite cheap looking (like a flat pack). Breakfast is delicious and peaceful. Lots of choice across cooked, continental & pastries. Kettle available in room, but no coffee machine (unusual for a hotel of this standard) and no milk provided in room for tea. Paper cups were also a disappointment and wasteful. Good WiFi in room and everywhere in hotel. Small bar behind main reception with a great cocktail list - the negroni’s are a must! Overall a really nice hotel but just felt considering the price and standard, the bedroom would be slightly higher spec.

camera pulita, ma nn dotata di specchio (escluso nel bagno). acqua calda assente a volte. e' arrivata dopo decine di minuti di acqua fredda. Dotazione kit bagno assente di spazzolino e kit barba. personale gentile aria condizionata ottimale parcheggio presente, ma sempre occupato (non prenotabile). offerto a pagamento Silo nelle vicinanze.

Hotel location is great and staff very friendly. Few issues encountered but the property is still under part renovation. We were woken up at 8am to the sound of construction above, staff entered our room by mistake at 9am unaware we were sleeping. AC was not working in our room meaning we had to keep the balcony door part open which was fine until the glass bottle bins were emptied early in the morning, the detergent used for the sheets/towels is a strong lemon smell too which was a little overpowering.

Je ne comprends pas par quel miracle cet hôtel se retrouve parmi les mieux classés de Desenzano. La chambre était vieillotte et moche. Les draps étaient d’une couleur douteuse. Je ne me souviens pas de la dernière fois où j’ai séjourné dans un hôtel où on vous donne des clés que vous devez remettre à la réception lorsque vous sortez de l’hôtel, qui fournit deux petits savons, 1 mini tube de gel douche, 1 de shampoing et 1 de lait corporel par chambre double, hormis peut être dans les bed and breakfast londoniens dans les années 80 ! J’avais autant hâte d’y séjourner que j’ai eu hâte d’en partir !

Hotel moderno, muito bem localizado no centro histórico e frente para o lago. O quarto era grande e confortável. Tinha um armário, uma poltrona e não tinha mesa. O banheiro grande e com box de vidro. A equipe do hotel foi cordial e atenciosa. O café da manhã muito bom, com variedade e era servido num espaço muito agradável e com vista para o lago. Tem estacionamento no local por 15 euros a diária. Para acessar o hotel não entra em área ZLT. Muito conveniente a localização para acessar a pé o centro histórico, serviço de balsas, lojas e restaurantes.

Would stay there again in a heartbeat! The staff was exceptional!! Views amazing and such a charming area!! Been all over Italy and this is one of our new favorites!!

First I have to say the pictures make it look amazing (credit to the photographer) so we were slightly disappointed as it's just like any other hotel and this was a special occasion. That said it's probably the only issue we had. The staff were amazing, the food was great and the main areas were well maintained (Our room was looking slightly tired). One suggestion for anyone booking a room with a view over the lake, you need to be at least on the second floor otherwise the trees block the view, I'd suggest the higher the better to be fair although I don't know if there's any disadvantage on being high up.
