The facilities were clean and the location was excellent. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was perfect for a solo traveler. it was good value. However, I had a hard time sleeping over the weekend. It seemed like there was a student group staying, and the sound of doors slamming was constant and very loud.

Room was clean and tidy everyday. Staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast menu should be refreshed every now ad then. Nice to have - coffee at the lobby / reception area (currently N/A)

Minha experiência no The Cross deixou a desejar. Tivemos problemas com a máquina de café desde o início da hospedagem, e mesmo relatando a situação saí sem tomar café. Além disso, o quarto não oferecia nem ao menos água de cortesia nem comodidades básicas que normalmente se espera de uma hospedagem desse padrão. Outro ponto bastante incômodo foi o problema com a porta/ fechadura do quarto, que persistiu durante toda a estadia e acabou gerando desconforto, irritação e insegurança. O mais frustrante foi lidar diariamente com o problema da fechadura. Imagine chegar exausto depois de um dia inteiro de passeios e simplesmente não conseguir entrar no quarto. Em todas as diárias, tive que descer até a recepção pelo menos duas vezes para tentar resolver a situação. Isso gerou um desgaste enorme e comprometeu totalmente o conforto e a tranquilidade da hospedagem.Infelizmente, esses problemas impactaram negativamente a experiência como um todo.

Hotel was a bit away from city center which is what we wanted. Nice neighborhood, we walked to the train station and there was a fantastic family owned restaurant on the corner.

We really enjoyed our stay in Rome and the Cross Hotel was the perfect place for us. The staff was super helpful with suggestions about getting around Rome, things to see and accessing the hotel amenities, when needed. Proximity to the Manzoni metro was the best way to get around Rome. The room was modern and clean (with its own bathroom, of course). The breakfast offered a good selection of pastry, protein, fruit, etc. A special shout out to Alessandro, Roberto, Augustina (I think that was her name, I'm sorry if I got it wrong), as well as the gentlemen (no name tag that I can remember) who was very helpful with us and we saw help a couple even as he was going off duty. Excellent staff!

Staff was exceptional! Spoke English and very kind. Rooms were average. Outside lounge area was nice !

Falta mantenimiento al edificio, pasillos sucios

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. There is a bus stop just in the front entrance what is a plus if you’re arriving late from attractions or dining. Also there is a metro entrance about 10 minutes walking. The staff was super helpful and showed us the shared areas to relax. The buffet breakfast was great to a whole day out. Up to my knowledge, the hotel doesn’t count for lunch or dinner. There is a parking if someone arrives in their own car. I can recommend this hotel.

They were told way in advance that we would be going with two mobility cards for handicap and yet the hotel was not very accommodating with this requirement. We gave them all information way in advance when booking was made.

Breakfast was fresh and the A/C was cold. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The bathroom could have used more hooks/bars to hang up towels and more counter space for getting ready in the bathroom. We had a deluxe room.

Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, convenient location. Excellent place for Rome visit!

La atencion por parte de recepcionista Alessandro fue increíble! En todo momento nos atendió y nos apoyó bastante. Las instalaciones estan con muy buen cuidado, y super limpias. La ubicacion es muy buena ya que está la estacion del metro Manzoni a 8 minutos caminando. Lo recomiendo ampliamente🙌

We loved the hotel. All of the staff was so kind and helpful, even gave us great recommendations of places to go! We arrived a little early and they were able to get our room ready quickly. It was also very nice to have the option of having breakfast and coffee there before starting our day. We would definitely stay there again.
