Amazing service

Extremer Straßenlärm bei geschlossenem Fenster, als ob Fenster gekippt wäre. Vorherige Anfrage per E-Mail für Zimmer zum Innenhof/Nebenstraße wurde ignoriert. Keine Ohrstöpsel an der Rezeption vorhanden. Bitte nach anderem Zimmer wurde weggelächelt. Frühstück für Italien gut: Säfte, Pancakes, Eier, Wurst, Käse, Müsli, Gemüse, etc. Frühstücksraum im Keller hat etwas unangenehmen Charme einer Bahnhofshalle. Personal ist beim Abräumen der Teller etwas übereifrig und indiskret. Zimmer spartanisch aber ausreichend. Bad war winzig. Sauberkeit war noch ausreichend. Lage des Hotels nahe an Straßenbahnen und Metro, rundherum etwas heruntergekommen, aber noch akzeptabel - authentisches Viertel. Kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung nach Check-out. Preis-/Leistung im Großen und Ganzen für 3 Nächte in Ordnung.

This was such a pleasant stay. The hotel was very modern and super clean. The bed was so comfortable. The view outside my window was gorgeous. I did not want to leave this hotel.

They didn’t have hot water for 2 days the charge extra tax for tourists and for parking they change extra too I paid 110 extra euros for 5 nights

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the cross hotel. Location is good and lovely terrace outside. Breakfast was ok but could be more varied.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks in large part to the incredible front desk staff. Although there was a delay in our check-in due to some service being done in our room, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of while we waited. They were kind, accommodating, and genuinely interested in helping us have a good stay. What stood out the most was their great sense of humour and how approachable they were—it really made us feel at ease and welcomed from the moment we arrived. It’s clear that they care about their guests and take pride in their work. Little gestures like that make all the difference, and we truly appreciated it. Highly recommend this place—not just for the comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality.

フロントの対応はわかりやすく的確で心地よいものでした。部屋はシンプル、必要なものは揃っていて清潔です。地下鉄の駅から少し歩きます。用意した現地wifiの位置情報の精度が悪く、地下鉄駅を出て最初は方角がよくわからず戸惑いました。すぐ近くにルクセンブルグの大使館があり、治安は大丈夫のようです。周辺にレストランやスーパーがあり便利です。

The hotel is clean and staff is friendly, however , we had a few issues . Day one took a shower and water was freezing. The next morning still no hot water. Went to the front desk and they casually mentioning the boiler is not working. I asked when will it be fixed , he said maybe tomorrow I’ll give you a glass a wine for inconvenience . Water comes back now it’s too hot!!!!!! Burned myself with hot water. Other than that ok . Not so great neighborhood

Toen we vanaf het station in de namiddag aankwamen twijfelde we even over de locatie van het hotel. Een wat duistere straat aan de zijkant met veel zwervers en graffiti. Hier kwamen we al snel op terug. De straat was prima qua veiligheid. Het hotel bestaat uit meerdere gebouwen in Italiaanse style. We werden netjes naar onze kamer gebracht. Lift is aanwezig. Kamer is ruim, we verblijven met onze dochter, haar bed past er makkelijk bij. Helaas de meeste ochtenden wel vroeg wakker door de waskarren die over de keien gereden worden. Locatie is top, dichtbij metro manzoni waar de A lijn rijd. Je benr zo door heel rome. Housekeeping is netjes en nauwkeurig. Wij zouden nog eens terugkomen.

Bathroom smelled badly when we arrived.

The smell was overwhelming when we walked into the room. Upon checking the bathroom, we found mold throughout. The blow dryer didn’t work, and when we requested a different room, we were told the hotel was sold out. We tried opening the window for fresh air, only to find the air conditioning units directly below—blowing hot, musty air. Absolutely disgusting They refused to reimburse us for the night stay.

Muy bien todo, solo que se escucha todo lo del pasillo muy fuerte.

Personnel aux petits soins, disponible. L'hotel est propre, proche des transports et plutôt calme.

I called in advance because flight changed. I had to pay for an extra night and the manager didn’t try to compensate at all. He has an “oh well” attitude. The staff for the breakfast was amazing and hard working. The room smelled like mildew plumbing pipes.
