I think this is a thing about hotels in Rome, from what I have heard the building regulations are pretty strict(because many buildings were very old and has some historic value to them) they are mostly small and probably underwhelming(in this price range)
But this is pretty close from Barberini station and the bus stop and about 10 mins or less walk to spanish step and Trevi fountain.
Staffs at the receptions spoke good English, wifi practically never worked, and my UK sim card couldn't pick up the signal while in the building and in the alley in front of the hotel.
Other than that it was pleasant stay
