전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hotel Orazia

한 층만 사용하는 작은 호텔이지만 게스트하우스가 아닌 엄연한 호텔 형태입니다. 데스크의 직원 한 사람이 매우 불친절했습니다. 청결 상태나 방의 크기 등도 만족스럽지는 않았습니다.

데스크의 직원 자질이 들쑥날쑥합니다. 나이 지긋한 분은 아주 노련하고 세련된 매너로 사람들을 대했지만, 야근을 하던 젊은 남자는 고개도 들지 않고 대답을 하거나 물어도 대꾸를 하지 않는 등 아주 불성실한 태도를 보였습니다. 싱글룸은 아주 작아서 가방 열어 놓기에 불편합니다. 청결 상태는 보통입니다.

I would not recommend this hotel. Water drops around 11 am & only has its room on 5th, 6th and parts of 4th floor of the building. Location was little bit far from Termini station ; around 5-10 min to walk. However, staff was nice and friendly.

떼르미니 역에서 십분정도 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 바로 앞에 빅토리오 엠마누엘 지하철역이 있어서 지하철로 이동하기 쉬웠습니다. 호텔은 5층에 위치하고 있어서 리프트를 타고 이동했습니다. 조식은 그렇게 잘 나오진 않았고, 방에 케틀이 없어서 좀 불편했습니다. 주위가 다 호텔들이 많아서 관광객들이 많은 동네입니다.

So close to public transportation, however it's not in a safe area so just don't get your belongings out of sight. The front desk staff was polite and helpful, beautiful building and very close to the Colosseum.

The area is ghetto feels very unsafe with people loitering all around. Walking into the room it smells. The ac barely works, the wifi barely works. The whole point of me choosing this place was due to ac and wifi, which I need wifi to complete work online. The ac has been on for hours and the room is still hot. The elevator works on and off when we arrived it wasn’t working so they had us use the back elevator. After a few hours out we couldn’t figure out how to get inside the hotel we kept buzzing the hotel to let us in and for some reason they didn’t let us in we had to wait for a resident to let us in. My kids and I did not feel comfortable here. The shower doesn’t feel clean. The shower still has hairs does not look clean shower looks moldy ac does not cool down at all. I checked out after a night even though I lost money for the remainder 4 days. I would rather feel safe and comfortable than to stay in this hotel. This place was supposed to be central but I missed the unsafe part of it. The safety along with the other issue made us check out of this place. I do not recommend one bit!

Very helpful staff. A little sketchy area nearby, but the hotel is very conveniently located by the subway, which provides great and easy transportation all around Rome. The breakfast costs extra 5 euros per person, so instead we had breakfast in the cafes nearby, cost us 7 euro total for 2 people. I would stay in this hotel again for the reasonable cost and easy access all around Rome. 15 mins walk to colosseum.

600 m de la gare de termini. Quartier calme et sûr. Près du Colisée. Possibilité de faire un maximum d'attractions touristiques à pieds

A better neighbourhood (not the responsibility of the hotel) and an updated bathroom would have made this stay excellent. The staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. All was kept constantly clean and the AC worked great all the time, without would have been a disaster. I would recommend it as a good central economic option.

The people at the reception were very nice and helpful. The rooms were quite outdated and fine for one/two nights, but I probably wouldn’t stay longer. The breakfast was nice, and the hotel was located in an okey area close to the train station and metro

Unique space tucked in an old building. Inviting staff and cool rooms.

The people in the stores were helpful and friendly but unfortunately because of the state of the area, at first glance you do feel unsafe. The staff especially Priscilla was very accommodating and took the time to go through a map of the city, suggesting public transport, restaurants and sites to see. The breakfast staff were also really beautiful.

Es una excelente ubicación, estás a unos pasos del metro que te lleva hasta el aeropuerto si tu gustas ir. A las otras estaciones en caso de que vayas a otro lado, autobuses. Me encantó que tienes cerca restaurantes y tiendas locales. El pinche parque está frente a ti y tienes agua gratis ahí. No no no el lugar es una maravilla para ver realmente Roma. Si volvería la verdad.

Spacious room and excellent location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast, totally recommended!

Helt okej hotel på bra avstånd till stationen. Men väldigt många trappor om man inte vill åka den rangliga hissen.

Easy check in and even checked in early. Nice staff, room had cold A/C and good water pressure and great hot water & plenty of towels. Barhroom was super clean. Room had working safe and very well lit room & mirrors. Plugs on both sides of the bed for easy phone charging. Older buiding, elevator access up one floor & tiny european slow elevator. Very old hotel and very old dated hotel room in need of repair and updating. Bed was very odd, felt like i was sleeping on the boxspring. Room was not clean and blankets in the armour had bugs.
