장점은 직원이 친절하다, 수압이 세다... 정도 단점은 위치가 애매하고(관광지 어딜가도 20분은 걸어야함) 방이 깨끗하지가 않음. 수건걸이 옆쪽에 묵은때들이 너무 비위상하고 쓰레기통은 매일 갈아주는데 수건을 이틀에 한번씩 갈아줌. 에어컨도 몇번을 눌러야 제대로 작동하고 방 조명을 다켜도 굉장히 어두운편. 창문이 2겹이었는데 안쪽 창문은 고장나서 도무지 닫히지가 않았음... 덕분에 바깥의 소음이 굉장히 잘 들렸음

The staff was so incredibly kind. The breakfast was ok. The rooms VERY VERY small. The bathrooms so small and the showers almost impossible to use. I’m not a big lady and I could not even raise my arms to barely wash my hair they were that small. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay here again.

A little smaller than expected but nice

The room was clean, but a little small. The AC certainly did not function the best. This is one of the very few hotels that I stayed in where you can open the windows and shutters, so you try to take in the sites and sounds from your viewpoint. But the AC connection is dependent on the windows being closed, and that wasn’t explained to us, meaning the AC will shut off if the windows are not closed. As this is an older hotel, they still rely on physical keys, which is charming, however, they require you to return your key when you leave the hotel each day. The power in your room is dependent on your hotel key, and the power gets turned off from your room when you leave, so when you arrive back in your room, your AC is working to bring the temperature down which can take some time in the hot summer. Additionally, our AC unit was only able to get down to 25°C, despite setting the requested temperature much lower.

Really lovely staff, ac, 24/7 reception and luggage storage. Super convenient location. I did find a couple silver fish but overall for the price I can’t complain!

Small rooms but good enough for us since we only slept in our room. The air conditioning was appreciated as was the free simple breakfast in the morning. Good location near the Vatican

Staff was very helpful

The staff and front desk guys were helpful. The room is fairly clean but very small, good for solo traveler. Fee for extra towels. Need to be careful on shower floor, very slippery, had to put towels on the floor. No phone in the room. Elevator very small,only one person will fit with luggage. Unfortunately elevator wasn’t working upon check out but cleaning staff able to help to bring down the luggages. Good location for short stay.

Bed and pillow terribly uncomfortable. There was mild in the shower. Old food was on the floor that I accidentally stepped on from previous user. Luckily we only had to use room to sleep, but it was not comfortable.

5 minute walk to the Vatican, helpful and kind staff. Definitely recommend for a quick trip to Rome!

Excelente lugar, céntrico, cerca del Vaticano, estaciones de bus, supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes, tiendas de ropa y calzado. El hotel es un lugar acogedor, incluye desayuno, lo cuál es un plus. La limpieza me encantó porque sin fallar fue diaria, mantenían todo bien limpio y organizado. Sin duda alguna lo recomiendo y en unas próximas vacaciones me volvería a hospedar.

The location of Hotel Prati is excellent; it is close to many good restaurants, the Vatican, Ottaviano Metro station (for access to Rome Termini station and trains to the airport). The staff was very welcoming and pleasant and the included breakfast was generous and very good . The room I had was cosy, clean and nicely decorated. I would stay there again.

The location is very good. It is very close to St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican. In via Crescenzio where the hotel is located there are many restaurants, convenience stores, and if you want to do some shopping. The reception staff is very friendly and attentive and the cleaning person does it very well. It is a simple hotel, well located well in a safety area. Normal Italian breakfast, bread, yogurt, coffee, tea and juices

Front desk was helpful and friendly in coordinating after my airline lost my luggage. They also helped arrange a taxi when I left. The breakfast was wonderful! And the room was very clean
