Lovely attentive staff, brilliant breakfast service, the corridors and carpets very dated. Ants in the room and shower/bathroom not well ventilated.

Mysigt hotell! Fräscht badrum, bra frukost och väldigt trevlig personal. Svårt att hitta parkering men hotellet erbjöd parkering för de körde iväg med bilen och behöll nyckeln, smidigt!

Très bel hôtel! Excellent petit déjeuner! Pas de stationnement à l’hôtel, il faut laisser l’auto à un garage qui est à 300 m. Et un prix élevé pour le stationnement mais pour cet en droit une voiture n’est pas un atout. Arrivez en train et louez un scooter! Très bel expérience !!!

Très bien situé

Muito bem localizada e hotel com recepção, execelente cafe da manhã, bem limpo. O chuveiro era padrão Europa, não muito bom. Mas o melhor custo beneficio, em geral adorei.

Our room showed serious sign of wear and tear Our sink faucet was replaced with a bidet faucet which would splash everywhere when opened. The hallway carpet are beyond cleaning and need to be removed. But the location is very good

Very personnable and caring staff. Small but well maintained, clean and everything we needed. Rate highly

The hotel was average with basic rooms and sadly the service wasn’t up to scratch. There were too many “no” to things we asked about. In particular the lady at reception can be quite rude and abrupt. On the plus side the staff at breakfast were super friendly.

Convenient location close to the center and beach of Santa Margherita.

Good location hard to park, street side room can be loud . Breakfast was great staff typical Italians.

Ficamos só uma noite mas foi boa, cama confortável, café da manhã bom, localização e atendimento bons.

Séjour correct, hôtel propre et petit déjeuner copieux. Spa et jacuzzi mais tout est payant. Parking indiqué dans le descriptif mais c’est la rue en fait, nos motos ont du rester dehors toute la nuit. Proche du port. Bref, ne pas trop se fier à la description d’hôtel.com

Hotellet ligger i er hyggeligt område med kort gåafstand til strand, færge, restauranter mm. Personalet er utrolig søde og hjælpsomme - man får virkelig en god service her. Baren på toppen af hotellet har en cozy atmosfære. God morgenmad med er bredt udvalg og god cappuccino. Et hotel vi helt sikkert ville vælge igen.

Very clean, great staff and very good breakfast.

Nice bright decor. Clean room, firm bed and firm pillows which I like. Hotel is 5 mins walk to ferry point and 3 mins to a really good Gelato Centrale. Construction outside hotel makes parking quite challenging but hotel staff parked our car for us at a private carpark.
