객실 노후화로 쾌적한 환경을 기대하기 어렵다. 역사적인 호텔이지만 시설오래된곳이다. 조용하고 바다풍경에는 적합한 호텔이다.

위치는 바닷가로 조용하며, 주변에 식당 등이 위치하고, 시내까지 멀지 않아 편리함 오래된 호텔로 세월이 느껴지지만 잘 관리되고 있음 다만 가구 등이 편리하지 않고, 전기 콘센트가 옛날 이탈리아식 구멍 3개짜리임. 이게 220v짜리중에서 들어가는게 있고, 아닌게 있어서 불편함. 물론 리셉션에서 아답터 대여해주겠지만 전반적인 시설이 이럼. 아주 오래전에는 정말 좋은 호텔이었겠지만 지금은 뭐 보통임 발코니가 넓진 않지만 있는건 좋았고, 화장실이 아주 넓은 점은 좋았음 조식 30유로는 너무 비쌈

Here’s a polished Expedia review you can post: I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. As an American who does not speak Italian fluently, I especially appreciated how well the staff spoke English. Communication was effortless, and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views and a great atmosphere. My room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Check-in was quick and seamless, making the arrival experience stress-free. The location is truly elite—close to restaurants, shopping, attractions, and everything you need, making it easy to explore the area without hassle. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurant. The views were absolutely incredible, and the drinks were expertly made. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery after a day of sightseeing. The only downside during my stay was that the gym was not open or available. As someone who enjoys working out while traveling, that was disappointing. Having access to a fitness center is always a plus for me, so I would love to see that available in the future. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Between the amazing staff, beautiful property, spotless rooms, prime location, and rooftop dining, I would gladly stay here again.

We lived our stay here the staff were amazing! Mário, Guiseippi and Serena bent over backwards to make us feel welcome and get us everything we needed. After hiking Vesuvius they got us lots of ice for our sore joints. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had a lovely tub and bidet. The location is great especially for nice walks by the water in the evening. We will definitely stay here again!

建物の古さは少し感じますが、お勧めできるホテルです。海側の部屋を最高です。 室内は綺麗に保たれており、毎日の清掃も丁寧 水のボトルの自動補給無し、　フロントに依頼 水回りが古くて、バスタブの水の流れが悪い

Veldig fint hotell, stort rom og nydelig frukost. Og takterraseen, heilt fantastisk! Lokasjon er perfekt, rett ved sjøen og i eit koseleg område av byen. Resepsjonen var svært behjelpelege med å ordna sjåfør til utflukter og gav alltid gode råd. Vil absolutt anbefala hotellet!

Excelsior Hotel's historic past and fabulous corner location makes it a wonderful place to enjoy the heart of Naples. The rooms are beautifully renovated, some with a tiny balcony overlooking the bay of Naples, are lovely. The hotel's roof-top bar has my favorite panoramic view of Vesuvius, Sorrento and Capri. A wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing moment after a day of touring.

Very poor service in restaurant, meat was overcooked. However the worst was the lack of service even factoring in Italian culture that a meal is to be enjoyed not rushed. Their service just seemed oblivious to their responsibilities.
