Our honeymoon stay at the LHP Hotel was exceptional. The convenient location and valet parking were appreciated, and the room offered exceptional value. The staff, particularly Marco, provided outstanding service, contributing significantly to a most comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its practicality and value.

Very good breakfast. Staff were fantastic. Very good pizza nearby. A little out of town so short taxi ride to get to the centre but calmer because of that. Highly recommended

Our stay was deeply underwhelming and certainly did not reflect a 5-star rating. Even with a complimentary room upgrade, the space was extremely small and had a lingering, unpleasant smell of a dirty mop. The room temperature was far too high for sleeping, and when we asked to have the air conditioning adjusted, we were simply told to open a window. This was particularly frustrating as the smell of cigarette smoke from adjoining rooms was disgusting. ​The "luxury" amenities were also lacking: the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable—feeling like bricks or stuffed fabric—and the spa was overpriced at €35 per person for just one hour. We opted to drive to Stufe di Nerone instead, which offered much better value. To top it off, breakfast was poor, and we were hit with extra costs of €30 per night for parking and a €5 city tax. We actually spent our first night searching for alternative hotels at 4:00 AM.

I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar. Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous. Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere.

We loved it so much here that we added an extra night. The staff was phenomenal and so very personable. The hotel is lovely, fresh and new and very clean. It was an easy location to take the train or bus around Naples. They provided parking as a cost. We highly recommend this hotel. We do plan to return!

Ero a Napoli per una fiera e mi sono trovata veramente benissimo disponibili gentili la colazione è stata ampia completa e sono state sempre gentilissime anche nel fornirmi la possibilità di avere un piccolo asporto per la pausa pranzo comodissimo il parcheggio interno veramente consiglio questa struttura a chiunque abbia necessità di alloggiare a Napoli nei dintorni

I don’t think I can fault this hotel! The hotel and facilities are breathtaking, but more importantly for me was the professionalism of the staff and how helpful they were! We had an early train trip and they organised my taxi and gave us a breakfast box to takeaway. I’m looking forward to exploring the other hotels when we come back to Italy.

Maravilhoso. Desde atendimento, conforto, limpeza. Café da manhã fantástico e servem prosseco tbem. Funcionários cordiais. Recomendo esses hotéis em toda a Itália.

Hôtel très classe. Grande chambre moderne avec jacuzzi sur la terrasse très appréciable avant ou après les visites. Le SPA est reposant car jamais plus de 4 personnes dans le créneau d'une heure réservé au préalable. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Un grand merci à Antonella qui s'occupait de notre chambre. La situation excentrée n'est pas du tout un problème car le train qui permet de rejoindre Naples est à 2 pas et est très confortable. C'est appréciable d'être au calme après avoir vécu la ferveur de Naples toute la journée. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour ce séjour.

The hotel is nice but location isn’t the best and it’s definitely not a 5 star. I’d say it’s a very good 4 star. To be a 5 star in my opinion, the staff need better trainin. Two staff members decided to start having an argument in the middle of the breakfast area in front of guests then continued an explosive argument in the kitchen, which we could still hear. They could not care less whether people heard them or not. Italy is not known for world class customer service however even for Italy, it was really bad. Otherwise the hotel is fine. Please note they don’t do room service after 10pm so if you arrive late and are hungry, you are out of luck. We tried to book the spa but then the reception cannot actually book anything for you. Only the “spa lady” can and she was nowhere to be seen. We asked to be contacted so we could book some time to use the facilities but never heard back.
