Tutto perfetto. Veramente eccezionale!

We were initially super excited to come to this hotel after seeing pics and it’s high ratings but when we arrived we noticed immediately that we were a burden. The staff was not as friendly as the other hotels and even though we were the only ones there (slow tourist season) every time I asked for something I was made to feel like I was bothering them despite the fact that I speak and am Italian. The biggest issue we had was the air conditioning and the shower drain. We completely understand that some hotels control the A/C and we absolutely understand that when they are fully booked they usually cannot accomodate but it was super annoying that even with few people staying the night and after asking for them to lower the temp in our room (they said they would and they didn’t!) it ended up being so hot and to add to our discomfort the window wouldn’t open. Just made for a miserable night. We went to the restaurant and it was literally a ghost town. We were the only two people there which is no fault of their own. Despite this, the food was delicious and restaurant staff were professional. The room itself was gorgeous but the shower drain was clogged and you had to shut off the shower mid way through or else it would spill into the bathroom floor. Parking was super convenient and the hotel is super close to the Greek ruins in Paestum. Overall average but wouldn’t come back again.

Splendida struttura in location meravigliosa e gestita al top con personale impeccabile. Da non mancare.

This hotel has superb facilities, spa, pools, party/meeting rooms.What is deficient, is the information available to guests. The room we were in had no hotel directory, printed or on TV. The restaurant is not well advertised, the menu is not available in the rooms. Same for the room service menus for the restaurant or the bar. Could also use the Express checkout system.

Camera vecchia, armadio, phon rotti. Nessuna assistenza

Struttura bella, sicuramente particolare. Molto grande, con stanze ampie. Personale efficiente ma non eccessivamente cortese. Colazione assolutamente non in linea con il tipo di struttura e con il prezzo pagato.

Clean but not updated. No AC which made for an uncomfortable night.

Buona accoglienza e servizio. Ottimo primo impatto sull'esterno e le aree comuni/hall/ristorante. Nulla da dire neanche sulla pulizia, ma la manutenzione della mia camera sembrava un po' trascurata. Dalla finestra che non si chiude perfettamente alla tappezzeria della camera scollata in alcuni punti. Nulla di gravissimo, ma in una struttura 4 stelle questi dettagli saltano subito all'occhio

Spa non disponibile solo su prenotazione . Viaggiando x lavoro non é possibile prenotare x tempo ma ci si aspetta un servizio comunque

Die Dusche tröpfelte nur, auch nach Reklamation nicht besser. Einfach alte Installstionen. Das Persnal unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Schöne Gartenanlage, aber kein Pool !

Grand & beautiful hotel. If you have to visit in Paestum or nearby I recommend here. The service is very nice. Cost of living in this city is ok. We are enjoy to stay here. However, the beach nearby is need to improve.

Buono il Restaurante, Attenzione e servizio deficiente, non torno a questo hotel, per il prezzo di 165 Euro la notte non vale la pena.

No use of an outdoor swimming pool only used for display purpose which is a shame room was a bit dated but it looks like they are refurbishing the rooms air conditioning not to great also noisy beautiful hotel very friendly and efficient staff also the shuttle bus wasn’t included in the b&b also had to pay extra to go in there private beach area

Wonderful hotel. Well maintained, with luxury feel throughout. Great local food...just as it ought to be!

Fuldstændig ligegyldig tjek-in. Ingen info om noget overhovedet. Fik et værelse i en delvis kælderetage. Kunne se direkte over på en væg. Under to meters afstand. Kedelig morgenmad. Mest kage og kedeligt brød. Dog fornuftig frugt og skinke. Fin privat strand - med tilhørende shuttle service. Helt klart et bryllup- og konference hotel der i den grad manglede charme. Undgå værelserne med nummer 400 etc.
