조식때 주문해서 먹는 카푸치노의 맛은 최고였고, 직원분들은 친절했습니다. 그리고 위치상 안전성을 따진다면 이곳을 추천합니다. 미 대사관 옆에 위치해서 안전하고, 조용한 곳입니다. 욕실이나 다른 시설물은 조금 옛스럽습니다. 샤워시 수도꼭지를 돌려서 수동으로 온도를 조절해야 했고, 별관쪽은 엘리베이터가 없는데, 캐리어를 들고 이동할때 불편했습니다.

사진이랑 똑같고 직원분들 친절합니다. 다만 역과는 조금 거리가 있고 바로 앞에 강이 있습니다. 조용하고 편하게 휴식 취할 수 있습니다.

미대사관이 바로 옆이라 치안 좋고, 강가라 현지인들이 조깅 또는 산책을 하는 곳에 위치해 있습니다. 호텔은 저택을 호텔로 변경했는지, 작지만 특별한 느낌이 있었습니다. 조식장소에 천장과 벽에 가득한 프레스코화도 멋있었고요. 여행의 마직막 날 숙소였는데, 방도 아늑하고 큰 트렁크 2개를 펼쳐 놓을 정도로 커 돌아올 준비를 편안하게 했습니다.

역에서 거리가 조금 있으나 숙소옆이 미국 대사관이라 상당히 안전한 느낌이 있음

Started off in a room with a tiny shower, smaller than a cruise shower. Spoke to the staff and upgrade to a different room which was amazing. The staff was very helpful and always happy to great you. The breakfast was a little expensive. I ordered the French toast that came with ham and cheese. What came out was a grilled cheese sandwich, lol??

It did not appear to be a traditional hotel that I would be used to (it would be comparable to a B&B in the United States). There was no signage so it was hard to know where to go. The manager was never seen on the property, but very responsive. We needed the communication in order to even get into the building/check in. The hotel is located on one of the floors within said building. It appeared there were only four rooms within this hotel. It is advertised as free luggage storage however, our luggage was placed behind the receptionist counter with no receptionist just the cleaner who was watching it during the time of checkout to when we had left, which was about 3 to 4 hours. There was black mold on the ceiling of the shower and the shower did not drain well as you were standing in buildup of 2 to 3 inches of water at the base, the room itself was extremely clean and very spacious, especially for a room in the city; very walkable to shops and restaurants nearby. Would return to stay at this hotel but wish I had additional information on Expedia so I knew that there would not be an employee at the reception desk daily.

Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous view of the river from the common terrace, breakfast room, and our room with a private terrace. All the staff were very helpful, professional, warm, and friendly. Quiet, soundproofed rooms so we slept great. Comfy beds, blackout curtains, and recently renovated rooms (we were in 21). The water briefly stopped a couple of times but it came back on quickly. The breakfast room is to die for with original frescoes in the ceiling and walls. A gem of a hotel and we would definitely stay again.

Best hotel in Florence so far . We abandoned a terrible hotel nearby 10 minutes after entering the room. What a change ! Thank you for your kindness and upgrade . We will come back ,and soon Thank you

A wonderful small hotel with fan

What I like is customer service is friendly and the room is cleaned. I don’t like is one other night it was so noisy all night!

Lungarno Vespucci is our home away from home. Whenever we are in Florence, we stay at LV50. The location is fantastic, short walk to the old town but very quiet, it’s in a very beautiful area. Hector and Abdel are incredible hosts —— treat yourself to one of the rooms with the large terraces that view the river We cannot say enough great things about LV 50

Beautiful stay just outside the main city centre. It was nice to be in a safe and quiet pocket of Florence but still be walkable to all the restaurants, bars and attractions. The staff was also very helpful and kind. Great rooftop terrace and bar as well. Highly recommend!
