조식도 괜찮고 가격대비 괜찮은 호텔입니다.

작지만 예쁜 호텔입니다. 깨끗했고 가격도 적정했습니다.

It was good place to reach Hotel via water bus. The design was classic and the average level of service is good. But need to keep in mind the facility of hotel is the average level of Italy not Korea. So don't compare with the level of Korea Hotel(a up-to-update hotel)

방은 캐리어 열기 불편할 정도로 정말 좁아요. 침대도 엄청 작고 가구들도 엄청 낡아서 좀 놀랬네요. 중세시대 고급 호텔느낌이랄까? 상당히 좁고 오래된 건물이에요. 직원은 정말 친절하고 1층 외부공간이 아늑해서 마트에서 와인이랑 고기 사서 먹으면 정말 분위기 좋아요.

룸 시설이나 어매니티는 조금 부족, 매트리스 좀 오래된듯. 그러나 위치도 좋고 예쁜 가든도 있고 혼자 다니기에는 편안했어

조식은 매우 훌륭했어요. 베네치아 비싸다고만 생각했는데 이 가격에 이정도 퀄리티면 만족합니다. 게다가 위치도 매우 좋아요. 모든 관광지 도보 이용하는데 전혀 무리없구요, 대로변에 있어서 치안도 좋아요. 여행하다가 피곤하면 잠시 들어와서 쉬기에도 굉장히 편하답니다. 다만.... 커피포트 없어요ㅠ 그게 젤 아쉽네요ㅠㅠㅠ

그냥 그랫던고 같아여 평범한 느낌....딱 삼성급 호텔 그이상 그이하도 아니었어요 키카드가 아니라 열쇠여서 조금 불편하기는 했는데 그래도 뭐 나쁘지 않았습니다

시설이 낡았으며 방이 좁음. 위치는 좋음

주요 관광지와 멀지 않지만 조용한 곳에 있어 좋았습니다. 로비 바깥 마당과 테라스가 아주 좋구요. 직원도 친절했습니다. 다만 좁은 방에 다섯명이 자려니 힘들더군요 ㅎㅎ 방에 과일을 놔둬서 인지 개미가 있는 것 같았는데 저희 가족이 예민하지 않은 편이라 그런지 크게 신경쓰일 정도는 아니었습니다. 그래도 베네치아 물가를 생각하면 정말 가성비 괜찮았다는 생각이 듭니다. 조식은 종류는 많지 않았지만 가볍게 하루를 시작할 정도로 먹을만합니다.

아시아 사람에게 너무 불친절함

When you made a reservation in this hotel, you remember that you should receive the receip of city tax. Or not, YOU BECOME A LIAR OR PAY DOUBLE!! When you check in they request you a city tax. I know there is a city tax. So I paied it without any doubt. It (pay city tax when check in) is nomal rule in Italy (at least in venice and firenze as i know). At that time they do not give you a recipt of city tax(This is not normal! You should receive it). And then when you check out they request you city tax A.G.A.I.N!! Even I explained I already paid the city tax when check in and she who handled my check in didn't gave me any receipt. He who handled my check out never belive me and look at me like a liar and request city tax or evidence again and again!! Of cause I didn't pay twice! But he was very rude!! I never forget his face 'oh my god, tell a lie to avoid city tax?!'. It is not a big money (it only 3.5 euro per day!) but he screwed up my venice trip. (I just visited italy to see venice from korea. Venice was my main journey during my 6 days vacation. I staied 5 days in venice. And this is my second time in venice.) Please be careful! You also can become a liar or double pay city tax. Plus, wifi is almost not working in the room! Only first wifi circle is on and sometimes not working.

Clean room

I had the best stay here! It was beautiful, clean, and the staff were so kind. The location was the absolute best with a very convenient water boat stop nearby and just a short walk to busy attractions. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was ok/ not a deal breaker … overall excellent hotel & staff was friendly.

Great location! Hard to navigate Venice at first but the front desk helped me. Within walking distance of so much! Great Processo in the bar too! Breakfast was wonderful! The coffee amazing!!

Rent og pent rom. Hyggelige sitteplasser ute. Sentral beliggenhet. Kaotisk frokost, da frokostsalen er liten i forhold til antall gjester - men hjelpsom betjening.

Friendly staff

The hotel itself is quaint and nice. The breakfast is good but not great. Some of the staff smiles.
