리알토 다리 근처라 먹거리도 많고 이동도 편리했다 다만 엘리베이터가 없어서 3층까지 무거운 짐을 옮겨야했고 에어컨에서 개구리소리 같이 반복적인 소리가 들려서 예민한분은 수면에 지장이될것같다 위치적인면과 가격으로 단점이 보완되기는 했다

사전 통보없이 호텔이 바뀌어 무거운 짐을 들고 한참을 헤매야 했습니다. 여러개의 호텔을 체인으로 가지고 운영되고 있는 것 같았는데 이용자는 필요한 위치에 예약을 하기마련입니다. 그리고 내부사장에의해 바뀌었으면 짐을 옮겨주던가 해야하는데 그런 서비스도 호텔위치르르자세히 알려주는 직원도 없었습니다.

안락하고 깨끗한 방. 맛있는 조식. 친절한 직원들. 최고의 위치. 적당한 가격. 다음에도 여기 묵을 것 같아요.

Hotel Alcyone was an amazing place to stay. Very clean with great amenities and the most courteous and helpful staff. We hope to have another chance to visit and stay here in the future.

What a fabulous Hotel. Staff, service we’re all helpful, warm and amazing. I will definitely stay at Hotel Alcoyne again and would highly recommend.

Very close to San Marco but still very quiet room. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff. The room I stayed in (111) isn't very big and showering without getting the whole bathroom wet wasn't possible. If they would invest in replacing the shower door that would be easily solved though. So overall a good stay

This is the worst hotel i have ever tried in my life!!

Service desk was very nice and serviceminded. The view from the window on my room out to the canal was good. Ac was making a lot of noise,not superclean,a lot of noise froom room over,the plumbing in the shower needs to be opened,the breakfast was simple but ok. Furnitures and style has got to be from the 90’s or something. Locations arriving with boat was 5-6min walking,so easy.

Hotel was comfortable and right in a main thoroughfare, so lots of shops and restaurants as soon as you step outside. Great location with quick 2 minute walk from the vaporetta. Good breakfast and great view of a canal and gondolas from the breakfast room

Scam we were rebooked at a worse property that was far from thr city center and had no AC. You cannot sleep at night because you need to have the windows open (since no AC) and mosquitoes will not let you sleep. This will ruin tour vacation.

O quarto não é muito bom, com infiltração da parede do banheiro para o quarto, além disso não havia Wi-Fi no quarto, para ter acesso a internet, tinha que ir na recepção do hotel. Café da manhã bom. A localização do hotel é excelente.

Muito ruim, meu quarto não tinha tampa no vaso sanitário, o quarto fedia a mofo, bem ruim
