코모 호수 강변 뷰 인줄 알고 갔는데 호수가 보이지 않는 룸이어서 아쉬운거 말고는 괜찮았어요 조식은 간단하고 주차도 가능해요 옆에 company bar에 와인과 안주 맛있어요 사장님 친절하세요 다음에 또 가고 싶네요

The only good thing about this “hotel” is the location. Rooms outdated but okay for the price, however very cold. On the other hand please avoid this accommodation, the receptionist I assume owner named Silvia wrongfully accused us stealing from the breakfast then started an argument being quite aggressive and making no solid point which is totally unacceptable as we were paying guests. Only the gentleman at the reception tried to deescalate the situation which made us not to pursue furthermore the situation. This has made such a bad impact on our trip, she was hitting a tone that was derogatory , was pushing the lines of bullying and was far from professional behavior.

Great location to start and end the day on Lake Como

Lovely hotel and lovely family owners. Really close to the ferry to Bellagio and some good restaurants and bars within a short walk

Accueil très froid. Chambre petite et bruyante. Impossible de faire fonctionner la clim la nuit (trop bruyante). Impossible de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte rue très passante. Petit déjeuner très moyen. Charcuterie sous blister et pas de fruits

Nice hotel right on the lake which gave us a stunning view to look out on. Rooms were basic but clean. Breakfast was nice with a continental offer and able to sit looking over the lake. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would return again

Very good value for the room price. Staff was helpful with busses and boat questions. I got a handicap room, not what I thought I'd booked, but it was fine. Loved my view of the lake.

I booked a room with a balcony through Expedia, but upon arrival, we were told we couldn’t have it because we were staying only one night. The receptionist explained that those rooms are reserved for guests with longer stays. Additionally, the hotel is clearly short-staffed. Only one person seemed to be handling everything, and she prioritized her own convenience over guests’ experience. For example, although there are lovely outdoor tables with amazing views for breakfast, she refused to let us sit outside, saying it was too difficult for her to serve both inside and outside tables. The only positives were a clean bed and bathroom, which is why I gave 2 stars. Overall, very disappointing.

Des personnes très gentilles à l'accueil, de bons conseils et un hotel très bien placé. La chambre était très propre. Un très bon rapport qualité/ prix à côté de tous les hotels de luxe!

Prix du séjour imbattable étant donné la position de l'hotel: 5 mn à pied du ferry pour visiter Bellagio, Varenna...le prix à payer est le bruit de la route nationale, malgré un double vitrage. Un plateau de courtoisie et des fruits frais au petit déjeuner seraient appréciables.

Hotel Rivera is on a quiet avenue just in front of the lake. At the corner the bus takes you to Lake Como in about 50 minutes which is great. They have a continental breakfast. The hotel is very close to Villa Del Balbianello!!

Great location beside the water in Griante with views across to Bellagio. For 20 euro take C10 bus along lakefront to Como town bus terminus, then slow ferry along Lake Como to Bellagio, then car ferry back to Griante / Cadenabba for a full day explore very cheaply.
