위치는 좋은데 방이너무좁고 오래됬어요 엘리베터도없구 또가고싶진않아요

가격대비 만족스러운 숙소. 두오모에서도 가깝고, 조식도 먹을만함. 청결하고 깔끔. 베란다도 있어서 야경보면서 와인한잔 하기도 좋음

good location, clean room

두오모 성당을 비롯한 여러 유명한 장소를 관람하기엔 최적의 장소입니다. 주변에 명품 매장 거리도 있어서 안전에 관한 부분도 만족했습니다. 다만 숙소가 오래된 건물이라 침실 안의 쾌적함은 포기를 해야 합니다. 잠자리가 지속되는 동안 침실 안의 먼지를 마셔야 했고 다음 날 목 상태가 개운하지 못했습니다. 함께 간 동료도 같은 체험을 했다고 합니다. 침실에서 바라보는 경관은 별 것 없습니다. 하지만, 직원은 친절했습니다.

친절하게 지도들고 설명해주는 직원. 아주 세세한 설명까지 해주었고 싸게 음식점을 이용하는 방법도 알려주었다ㅡ

서비스는 보통이였고, 조식은 과일은 없지만 그냥 괜찮았습니다. 위치도 왠만한 관광지는 걸어갈만 하고, 기차역과 가까워 좋았습니다. 다만 2~3층되는 건물에 엘리베이터가 없어 체크인 때는 짐을 옮겨주셨지만 체크아웃 때는 고생 좀 했습니다.

great stay. near piazza santa maria novella and really easy to find. 3 minutes from there and less than 10 minutes from train station. Owner doesn't speak English well but you will feel that he really cares about you. Breakfast was great compare to other places-even more expensive ones- , its coffee was soooo awesome and it has beautiful balcony too, even my room had personal balcony!^^ Room is not huge but cozy and bathroom condition is also more than average considering its price level. definitely go back there!

도착 당일 예약한 방의 수도가 고장나서 사용할 수 없게 되어 인근의 호텔 Gioto로 변경해줌. 발코니에서는 싱글룸이었으나 Gioto에서는 트리풀룸으로 변경해주었고, 객실 요금을 부과하지 않았음. 즉, 씨티택스만 내고 숙박! 2개층 높이의 고풍스러운 룸에 중앙역과 두오무 근처에 위치하고 있어 이동 및 관광에 최적이었음.

중앙역에서 7~8분 찾기 쉽고 두오모에서 3~4분. 위치 매우 좋고 주인도 친절합니다. 방 크기나 청결성도 좋고, 간단한 아침 식사도 괜찮습니다.

Clean room, staff was very nice and friendly, breakfast was tasty, room and shower was a bit small but not a big deal, easy to find from the street and good walking distance from restaurants and shopping

Nice hotel in great location, convenient to the train station. Staff was super nice.

Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. It was convenient for walking to all the main attractions nearby. The water pressure in the shower was rough and the bathroom/shower were incredibly small. I smacked my elbows many times in the bathroom.

Fantastiskt bra läge. Frukosten: tråkigt bröd, inplastad ost, yoghurt i plastburk. Bra sängar.

The owner/manager/staff were great. The facilities lacked. The beds were rock hard. The water pressure other than full cold was almost nil. What was supposed to be hot, wasn't but intermittently warm, cold, warm, etc. The walls paper thin, hearing snoring and bathroom use sounds of others was nauseating.

Good hotel with GREAT location. We were able to walk to all the locations that we wanted to see. MANY restaurants within 2-3 blocks from the hotel. Front desk staff, I think it was the owner, was very friendly and accommodating despite some language barriers. Provided me with ice daily! Bed was comfortable and shower was ok. Plenty of space in the room. We chose the breakfast for 10Euros daily. It did not have any warm/hot options and limited protein but was enough to start the day. Owner helped us arrange transportation to our next destination at checkout. Would stay here again!

We had a one night stay here a few days ago, and were overall happy with our experience. Friendly staff greeted on arrival, and accommodating to our requests. The room was slightly smaller than envisioned, but for us it wasn’t an issue as were only there as mentioned for 1 night. Clean and comfortable. To note, if you are relying on the hotels hairdryer, it is slightly underwhelming, and a little confusing to operate, but it’s manageable. Overall, great experience & lovely staff. Also, perfect location for exploring all central Florence has to offer.

The room and location were great. Some staff do not speak English, especially the evening shift, and the elder gentleman working at the reception in the evening was making inappropriate remarks to my friend who I was talking with in the lobby.

Great place

Simple but Nice Hotel. Aircondition worked perfectly, refrigerator did not get very cold, TV lacked international channels (but then again one does not go on vacation to watch tv :)). Breakfast was very simple, as seems common in Italy. But all in all a Nice simple hotell with very Kind host.
