산마르코 광장에서 접근하기는 좋지만, 역이나 공항 가기에는 바포레토 정류장에서 짐을 들고 한참 가야해서 좀 힘들었어요. 조식은 아주 좋아요.

Nice hotel at all. The location was little bit difficult to find but the room condition was very satisfying.

처음에 밤에 도착했을 때는 좀 헤맸는데, 익숙해지니 금방 찾아왔습니다. 베네치아는 위치가 어디든 다 처음엔 좀 헤맬 수밖에 없는 편인 거 같은데, 이정도면 찾기 쉬운 축인 것 같네요. 이 가격에 조식까지 포함이면 꽤 괜찮다고 생각합니다. 다만 금연방이었는데 수건에서 담배 냄새가 약간 난 점은 별로였습니다.

장점 : 산마르코 광장과 주요지역에서 가까운 거리. 좁은 골목에 위치하고 있어 주변 소음도 거의 없음. 오래된 건물이지만 청결한 객실과 편안한 욕실. 직원 서비스는 보통. 단점 : 오래된 건물이어서 건물 자체 방음이 나쁨. 걸을때마다 바닥에서 삐걱거리는 소리가 들리고 주변 객실에서 문을 여닫을 때 방이 흔들림. 아침식사가 제공되지만 호텔 가격대비 매우 별로임. 스크램블 에그나 베이컨, 데운 소세지처럼 따뜻한 음식은 없고 브리오슈와 기본 살라미 콘플레이크 정도 제공. 슬리퍼가 없음.

직원 분들이 매일, 매시간 바뀌어서 좀 정신없었어요. 근데 대부분 다 친절하신데 체크아웃 할 때 계셨던 직원 분은 너무 별로였어요. 11시 되자마자 전화로 나가라고 계속 뭐라고 하시고 (물론 당연히 나가야하지만) 전화로 재촉하고 당장 나가, 왜 안나가고 있어? 이런식으로 말해서 기분이 나빴어요. 그 외에는 전체적으로 깨끗하고 위치도 좋고 괜찮습니다.

스텝들이 모두 친절했으며, 방도 밝고 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 조식도 깔끔하였구요, 전체적으로 만족합니다.

산마르코 광장과도 가깝고 골목끝에 있는 La Fenice 극장도 아주 멋져요. 싸지 않은 입장료가 아깝지 않을 정도입니다. 극장 앞에 카페와 식당도 많구요. 호텔 시설은 아주 간소합니다. 아침식사도 어메니티도 모두 기본 수준이에요. 암튼 전반적으로 깔끔하고 괜찮은 호텔입니다.

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel in the heart of Venice! Pay the extra price for the balcony room, it is worth it! It is right across the canal from where Mozart once lived. The room was beautiful with magical views. The staff was helpful and friendly and helped us get a water taxi set up on our last day. It is in walking distance from the main court area, shopping, restaurants, and many major landmarks. You can’t beat this location! I would say the only slight downside is trying to get there from the train station (we paid 125 euros to get a water taxi there), the shower is tiny (but has wonderful hot water), and the smell of sewage when you first walk in can be a little rough (but it airs out quickly). we absolutely loved this beautiful hotel! I would stay here again for sure!

Very friendly and attentive staff who changed my room when they found out I had an injury and was struggling with stairs. The place has a lovely traditional, old style feel and is very centrally located.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is in a great location in the city. The room is kept clean with a very nice bed cover. Bathroom is stocked with clean towels as expected. Compared with other European hotels, I found the shower larger than expected since the shower door opens on two sides, which makes it easy to enter. You know this place is renovated when they have modernized the bathroom. In addition to the toilet, shower, and sink, they also have a European bidet in the bathroom. The floor in my room is raised for the new plumbing. My room had windows for both the bedroom and bathroom. The window shutters are renovated wood - I can tell because they are in excellent condition and appear with an unblemished coat of green paint. I stayed at the almost-top floor. The room has a lot of sunlight coming through the windows in the morning. The room itself is small and has a small closet for hanging clothes. If you bring a carry-on suitcase, your suitcase will fit in the room. However, anything larger is not the best for this hotel. The TV is small, but we're not coming to this hotel to watch TV. In staying the winter time, I didn't need to use the AC or turn it on. The towel heater adds radiant warmth to the room. In getting into the hotel, it is in a historic building of Venice. There is a steeper staircase to get to the lobby and each staircase for each floor is not above each other, so keep that in mind if coming with lots of bags or mobility issues.

Staff and hospitality were great.

I didn't go for the bbreakfast option so i can't tell. Otherwise the service was kind and precise, helpful. The room is clean, warm on a fresh November night.

after a not so favorable stay in Florence, this hotel is a gem. Everything you need, and nothing you don't. very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is additional, but compared to what you would spend at a cafe, I say go for it! Will stay there again!

It was a nice stay in Venice. The room was decorated very Venetian. Staff were a great help especially Monica and Michael. Shower is very small but made do.
