A wonderful boutique hotel with a great a location. Staff was extremely helpful with every inquiry and the rooms were comfortable during our two-night stay.

Lovely little hotel in a great location in Venice. 2 min walk from the water bus station and water taxi. Front desk staff were very helpful with local knowledge.

It's an older hotel but ideally located and the staff was exceptional. I stayed in a single room and although it was small it was functional but for me the bed was quite narrow. I loved the view from the window but because it was on the top floor, the shower was very difficult because a low slanted beam was right in the middle of the bathtub/shower so I had to constantly dip my head, I'm 5'10" so perhaps shorter people wouldn't have had that issue. If I stayed again I'd book a larger room, but overall I was very happy with my choice.

Warm, welcoming staff who are genuinely invested in making sure you have the best possible stay. Room was clean, spacious, well lit, and comfortable. Surprisingly quiet despite being located on a busy corner. St. Mark’s Square and water transport only a short walk away. Stay here while you go enjoy what Venice has to offer!

観光に近いのとスタッフの方が明るく対応が良かったです。しかし案内された部屋は臭いがきつく、特にバストイレの臭いが酷かったです。設備が古いところと新しいところはあります。コンセントの変換は、SEではなくCタイプが使用可能でした。また、水圧が弱いためお風呂に入るのが大変です。

スタッフの方がとても優しくて、部屋やお風呂も綺麗でした。

Es un excelente HOTEL con un gran servicio de su personal nos dejaron entrar un poco más temprano a la habitación. Está a cinco minutos caminando de la estación del Vaporeto. Es muy confortable, un gran tamaño, gran valor por tu dinero. Súper recomendable

This hotel is in the BEST location for exploring Venice. Just 3 minutes away from the ferry terminals in the south, less than 10 minute walk to St. Mark's square, dining and bars right outside the doors, amazing!! As a solo female traveller, I felt super safe in this hotel. The only thing is that the bed was so small and super uncomfortable. The pillows are flat and they only provide 2. The ceiling in the tub/shower was low (I'm only 5' 3") and there was always a sewage-y smell coming from the bathroom pipes. There was also no refrigerator in the room. However, the AC works super well, there is an elevator for accessing the upper floors and the front desk staff was sooo helpful and sweet. Definitely a good value for the location alone!

This Hotel is situated perfectly for enjoying Venice. It is just a short walk from the Grande Canal. The manager Gabriel was very helpful and the room with a view of San Zaccharia church was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast at 12EU was a great bargain. Everything you could expect in Italy and more. The restaurant (Roberto) across the street is excellent as well. Book it directly with the hotel for the best price.
