Staff didn't care about customer's time and passport. If you don't check yourself, you must go back to hotel. They do not return you if you don't ask. Horrible service!!

Buonissima accoglienza da parte del personale. Struttura in ordine e confortevole. Posizione perfetta per un giro a Imperia e per riposare. Ottima la cena in un locale convenzionato e invitante la colazione a buffet

Bon accueil, un personnel sympathique avec toujours le sourire et toujours disponible. Bonne localisation ( proche plage et restaurants).Petit déjeuner complet. Propreté impeccable, matelas un peu trop fermes cependant... Gros bémol : pas de place de parking disponible le soir à notre arrivée ( parking tout petit et payant), obligé de se garer à l'arrache dans la rue en face... Grande terrasse dans la chambre, mais lumière défectueuse ( plus d'ampoule... ). Bonne insonorisation. Un paradis pour les chiens ( gamelles dispos et coussins en chambre ) et le personnel adore les animaux ( à prévoir néanmoins 10 euros par jour en supplément).

L'accueil du premier jour a été très chaleureux avec tous les renseignements que nous avions besoin pour nos 6 jours de vacances, plages, restaurants, lieux a visités, une attention particulière pour notre petit chien a savoir ses besoins en nourriture et son confort et les plages ou nous pouvions l'amener en toute tranquillité . Que ce soit le personnel d'accueil ou le personnel d'étage ainsi le personnel de salle ils ont été à l'écoute de nos demandes. Notre chambre avec terrasse vue mer super ,hôtel très bien tenu ,petit déjeuner copieux il est certain qu'à la première occasion on y fera encore un séjour. Etablissement à recommander, ce que je fais pour mon entourage

Camera vista mare, ma purtroppo sotto il balcone c'è la strada principale ben trafficata. Con il balcone aperto si sentono i rumori delle auto e moto. ( la notte disturba) Pulizia Top! Colazione perfetta! Personale molto disponibile e ben organizzato. L'hotel è centrale e molto comodo per raggiungere tutto a piedi. Grazie alla donna delle pulizie averci fatto contattare per uno zaino che abbiamo dimenticato in camera 😊 gentilissima!!!

The hotel has a great location right off the beach and in the center of town. My room has a nice size balcony overlooking the sea. Nice the hear the waves of the beach at night. The hotel was clean and friendly staff. The building and rooms are a bit dated but they make an extra effort to keep them clean and to a good standard.

Posizione invidiabile sul mare e sul porto. Camere confortevoli e personale professionale.

Lage gut mit Meerblick, renovierte große Zimmer, allerdings wurde dabei das Bad vergessen. Vor allem gehört es neu verfugt. Schlafen mit geöffnetem Fenster kaum möglich, da viel Verkehr und Müllabfuhr. Klimaanlage gut zu regulieren. Straße läuft direkt am Hotel vorbei. Frühstück war gut. Deutsche TV Sender wer es braucht.

Tutto perfettibile

Die Leute waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels war fantastisch.

Nettes kleines Stadthotel mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Dank Klimaanlage konnte die Balkontür geschlossen werden, so dass der Lärm der Motorräder (hauptsächlich) verringert werden konnte. Frühstück war super, auch wenn es nicht als Buffet angeboten werden konnte. Hat für unseren 12tägigen Aufenthalt sehr gut gepasst.

This was a nice stop over hotel. It was clean and it was just what we needed for a pit stop before heading to France. It was perfectly situated with walking distance to restaurants and a lovely water view in the am. It is not a luxury hotel, but you see that in the booking and pricing, but it does the job of a pleasant stay. :)
